      Hello doctor watching from south korea, im 42 years old female. Sometimes my left hip was burning painful going down to my leg and foot I already had mri scans in my hip and lower spinal cord but all was clear. What causes my painful hip sometimes? They just gave me pain relievers but I'm doing your exercises hope to cure all my pains. Thank u

    Your awesome man!!! I am a clinical LMT and I have worked for a chiropractor for a long time. This info is the absolute best!!!! Your doing a service for the world that is amazing. I know what it is when your in pain and can't breathe or move or you can't stop twitching....these stretches all work so well it's absolutely amazing!!!! Thank you so much for this sir!!!!!

    This is fantastic! The first three stretches really have my QL muscle feeling looser. Also like how specific you are with reps, time, etc.

    I can't straighten my left knee when I lift my knee or when I am standing. Do you have a video with exercises to help with that or can you make one? No knee pain, just week knee trouble with instable knee cap. Most knee exercises require you being able to straighten your knees. I would love to avoid knee surgery.

    I've found that the Pigeon pose really works also. You should slowly work your way into it.

    Its good. I got shingles thru my sciatic nerve. Now week 6. This may help me ease into some kind of recovery as my leg is seized up in pain from hip to toe. Hey people, get the shingles vaccine unless you risk 2 to 3 months (average) excruciating constant pain that gets even worse at night, God have mercy on people unable to get pain killers as it's unrelenting.

    I have an shortened leg and an "jumping" hip. Any advice or video for stretching that out?
