I met Sylvester Mccoy at a convention a year or so ago and he was just the nicest man ever. these episodes of Dr Who will always hold a special place in my heart

A favourite of mine (which wasn't included) is 7's verbal confrontation with Helen-A at the end of Happiness Patrol. The story doesn't end with an epic clash, an explosion, a bout of fisticuffs, or a victorious speech - it ends with 7 simply describing the pointlessness of Helen-A's plan, and then letting her walk right into depression. Ace asks if they should do something for the weeping villain, and his response is simply: "Tis done". The camera pans out to the sound of a sad harmonica tune, which drowns out the otherwise creepy or 'forcefully happy' soundtrack, signalling the return of the blues. However, the "Sniper" speech from that same story is top-tier.
I have to rely on what clips are available on UA-cam. And these videos are never meant to include every single quote from each Doctor anyway. Just ones that I can remember and think are the most memorable.
I love the 7th Doctor a lot, but I think it's telling all but one of these quotes are from Seasons 25 and 26. Without directly commenting on it, you've highlighted how Season 24 tends to slip through the cracks.

I think you might be looking too much into it. I just remembered more from Seasons 25 & 26 than I did from Season 24. That's all there is to it :)
