Another epic episode brian. Thank you! I found out that mastering the breath is one of the most important point to take away. When we master the breath;we are able to catch our mind wandering of negative thoughts, self doubt, negative imagination etc. And once we are aware of what we are doing,we can gently change it to positibes ones. Thanks brian
Hi Brian, I loved this one. I am totally following your journey through mental training books and really enjoying it. It's amazing how they all really make very similar points. I just wanted to check in and thank you for your videos and tell you that I am feeling good because of many of the good info you are teaching me. I could not manage to do the breath out with my tongue on my teeth. LOL!! I ended up slobbering on myself.. hee hee!! Gotta' work on that. I also thought that in meditation or in most yogic breathing practices or in general that breathing is not good from the mouth. But, I think in some pranayama practices and ashtanga, you do do it. Not sure though. Thanks to you!! I'm definitely checking out the notes on this!!
Juliana Beasley Awesome and big smile!! Different teachers have different approaches--with a lot of the sports/peak performance peeps liking the exhale out of the mouth for physical grounding! FUN! Let's do this! :)
***** I got this. I am in Armenia and all is good except my camera is having so problems.. But, I got this and am working through it. Got some great people here helping me and seeing some very interesting things. Take care!!
Fernando Foletto Amazing and thank you, Fernando! I'm thrilled to hear and appreciate your kind words. Looking forward to growing together in the months and years ahead! :)
