    • @demasrusli

    First of all, thank you for sharing your creativity. Demas I just saw this video in the morning and I was wondering if it is recommendable to enhance the raw files in LRTimelapse or is it better to do it in Premier because there (in the second one) you can change the color sequence at best just to see the difference between time of the shot.
    Thank you in advance for your response
    Best regards!

    • @demasrusli
      @demasrusli  3 роки тому

      Thanks for the comment mate! Yes of course you can use LRTimelapse to do the colourgrading :) The reason why I showed this tutorial using Premiere Pro only was because I didn't want to over-complicate and add an extra program which people would have to pay for to create the edit. I just wanted it to be as easy as possible for everyone :)

  • @verumregis5015
    @verumregis5015 3 роки тому +2

    Hi Demas, thank you for this great tutorial, I gonna try it soon. I got a question about interval, is it compulsory to set at 8sec per shot 600 pics 80mins? Or I can shoot unlimited? Is the timelapse outcome the same if I combine more than 600 photos? I am planning to shoot for 2~3 hours. Should I set 8sec unlimited? Thanks 🙏

    • @demasrusli
      @demasrusli  3 роки тому +1

      Thanks for the comment, you can shoot at whatever interval you want and for however long you want. The timelapse will look smoother if you shoot more than 600 photos. At the same time you don't want to shoot for too long (total time) because for this the main idea is to shoot it going from light (before sunset) to dark (after sunset). So if you hv a lot of footage before or after this time frame, it will make the timeslice effect look not so nice. Do you get what I mean?

    • @verumregis5015
      @verumregis5015 3 роки тому +1

      @@demasrusli Thank you for the enlightenment, I get what you mean. It’s just that from sunset to after sunset 80mins won’t be enough in the place where I live hahaha. I try to shoot till it gets dark. Thank you once again. Love your ideas and contents.

    Awesome tuts as always, Demas!
    Just made a horrible mistake and didn't flip my camera to manual focus, so my clips keep bouncing as the autofocus is everywhere during the timeslice :/
    How would you remedy this?

    • @demasrusli
      @demasrusli  3 роки тому +1

      Thank youu! Theres probably no way to remedy that, you would probably just need to out and re-shoot the timelapse again... :(

    QUESTION: what if you set your ISO to auto?

    • @demasrusli
      @demasrusli  4 роки тому

      Good question, then the ISO will automatically adjust and it will keep getting grainier and grainier and it will keep bumping the exposure up too so it wont get as dark

  • @sashram4122
    @sashram4122 4 роки тому +1

    Hi Demas, I have tried this technique twice and I loved the outcome...but one thing is annoying me that when I choose aperture mode on my DSLR some shots are exposed shorter and some longer resulting in abrupt jumps (in brightness) when stitched into timelapse....Do you know a way to fix this ?

    • @demasrusli
      @demasrusli  4 роки тому +1

      Hi mate thank you for the comment! That is called Flickering - a few ways that you can avoid it is if you shoot full Manual and you control the setting of each photo (but that can be very difficult for a day to night timelapse) or I use a program called LR timelapse (it's quite expensive though :( ) and it can Deflicker the sequence automatically for you
