As a CPTSD sufferer who sometimes has really really bad disassociation episodes, I really appreciate this piece 😢 It manages to put the feelings you have when you experience it that are just..,so hard to convey in words, out there in a way that might hopefully help people understand how we feel ❤
It's so rare for me to find a video that describes my experiences so perfectly, especially through the UA-cam algorithm. It's still a struggle now even as a 28 year old. I wish I could go back in time and tell my younger self that she doesn't deserve any of the abuse her parents put her through.
