That's not really intellectual.. That would be calling it what it is in the west, in a video aimed at the west, when you know the full international details. I still fondly remember the times my brother and I spent playing Puzzle League in 3D Versus mode. The game would slow down so much after you reach a certain combo chain that you could spin your blocks around for a good couple minutes to plan your next drops and whatnot. One match out of 3 could have lasted for a half hour or more and it was the BEST.
The models and animations are quite stiff and akward looking because they are re-using the 3DS models that were made with that systems smaller screen and lower resolution in mind so the flaws would be less obvious so yes it is kind of a mess when you can see the flaws easily in HD and on a much bigger screen.
I never understood pinball, and playing pinball is always just randomly flicking the paddles for me but goddamn i played pokemon pinball for ages. The songs and sound effects are just as nostalgic for me as red and blue are.

Bro, that's commitment. Also, yes, please acknowledge Colosseum's plot.
This is a great birthday present, thanks!
Happy birthday! I hope you were able to make the most of it. Stay safe!
Heck yeah! Content!
God, I don't remember what it was called but that tiny clip of the wailord flipped stuff off it's tail game is something I remember vividly
That endless waltz music tho!! The nostalgia!!
I still have one of those Gold Trading Cards. The cardboard is flimsy nowadays, but I still have a Charizard in its PokeBall. Complete with the autograph thing!
A video game based on a card game based on an anime based on a video game. Sick
The single player experience for Stadium (and Stadium2) was to get you some pokes with "illegal" moves - the most prominent the Surfing Pikachu for Yellow if you met all requirements, which then let you play Pikachu's Surfing minigame in Yellow itself
I loved Pokémon coliseum and XD as a kid my main problem is I’ve been wanting to replay them but childhood me didn’t know how to take care of discs and adult me doesn’t have $60 to buy a copy so I haven’t been able too
Honestly the first movie always confuses me.
"Mewtwo strikes back"
Implies it's a second thing happening
It did confuse me as well but I do understand what it means which is because Mewtwo is angry that it's creators don't care about it so it strikers back as it doesn't want to be just a lab rat
great video and I'm really looking forward to the next one!
My favorite spin off has to be Pokémon Art Academy.
By the time the first movie came out in the US the 2nd movie had already been released months before it. So it was the First movie of 2, & the 3rd was likely already being worked on since it came out in Japan a couple months later.
