Why did you decide to choose window and aisle seat with the baby instead of aisle and aisle seat? We’re going to fly with an infant at the end of the year so i want to know what seating arrangement would be best
Well mainly to have better space since the bulkhead row was empty😅 The reverse herringbone seats aren’t ideally for couple seats, we found it more convenient to sit in the window and aisle seat☺️ safe travels😊
I was always positive about EVA-air, but that has now diminished somewhat. Flew to Bangkok in January in business class and that was a disappointment. It started with the lounge. The Aspire lounge has been closed for a year due to... renovation and as an alternative you could use Frames café. What an incredible disaster that was. Rude, foreign staff, the food was sparse and it looked like it had already been eaten before. Limited range of drinks, dirty seats and floors, not even a toilet, etc. This is not a lounge but a disgrace for Schiphol! The food during the flight was very mediocre and not according to the menu. Cheaper wines than they used to be. The service of the cabin crew left much to be desired. I sat on a broken chair but luckily there was another chair available. The worst was a shabby family with 2 screaming and crying little children. Not a wink of sleep during the flight. Small children should simply not be allowed in the business class where people spend a lot of money to have a relaxing flight. What a disappointment! Fortunately the return flight was excellent. Delicious meals and excellent service. Nice, clean lounge in Bangkok with plenty of choice regarding food and drinks. Unfortunately, there was the same family again with the crying children, but I was allowed to move to another seat, together with 2 more passengers who were also completely fed up with it. The flight attendant showed complete understanding. Complaint submitted via the official link I received from EVA.nl, but they just ignore the complaint. Not even an excuse! I was asked to do a survey about the flight and 3000 miles will be raffled among the participants. Yeah sure and pigs can fly! And this is a star alliance?
Yes ..Nort a bad review..I fly BKK-LHR..3 times a year in business..Eva does not give the same feel..Qatar and Emirates..Oman Air are so much personal..And Better

How much is a round trip flight for you to from Thailand?
This was an award ticket, booked with SAS EuroBonus when they was in Star Alliance. We paid 165 000 EuroBonus + Companion Ticket for a round 2 persons
