Cathays premium econony is indeed the best value. Cozy seats reclining quite wide, Adjsutable Foot rest, spacious leg room and business like amenities 😊
I flew Premium Economy Cathay Pacific HK to SFO and found it confining with the front seat fully reclined. It was hard to get out when seated by the window. Also, the adjustable seats are hard to operate. And with the CCP having complete control of Hong Kong I doubt that I will ever fly any HK segments.

Sorry i have just returned from Hong Kong used prem economy. Was not offered 3 meals. Was not impredsed with the food or the videos
