You know some masajids delete women from making sincere and useful contribution. If women with excellent experience and intentions have no way to express an opinion or a solution, that is a waste of resources.
Good point on delegation and 80-20 rule but how does one break that ego that wants to dominate? I find boards so at sea. They probably mean well, but are simply not attuned to institution building.
