      Because you're missing parentheses when you punch them in your calculator
      Try 1500/(1-(1.005)^(-360))

    This video illustrates nicely that real estate is not the best investment in the world despite what the propaganda says.
    You end up paying double the amount when you take interest into account, not to mention monthly HOA fees, maintenance fees (1-2% annually), property tax. Sometimes, it's better to live in a rental properties, especially in expensive cities.

      Get the formula for Ordinary Annuity then plug in the values. You'll get his answer.

    Please let me rate of interest if the principle loan amount is 10000 and thier installment paid over the period of 30 weeks finally interest+ loan amount figured 12900 every installment was 430 , how do we know their rate of interest please any body prove little confusing, not easy to understand the difference between n and t, usually n will be years in this case it's 30 weeks how to calculate

      Because their are 12 months in a year. Think about what APR means. It means Annual Percent Rate. 6% APR means 6%/year or 0.5%/month.

      Find a good calculator that has the Xy symbol. That helps you to raise the power so you can go ahead to insert -360

      Probably because how you type the expression in the calculator. Inappropriate parentheses will give you different answer😊
