I've been a full-time cop for closing in on 20 years this fall, and I developed a real affection for the humble Crown Vic over the years. Those things just give and give with no quit in them. What a car... I miss them.
I agree bro, personally, I *hate* exotic cars. I'd never own a Lamborghini, Ferrari, McLaren, etc etc if I could afford one. I'd rather have a badass sleeper sedan or my little Rx7's or whayever that'd walk those overpriced exotics all day every day for a fraction of the cost of those stupid, ugly *"exotics"*

@@stevenplaskett7728 he tuned mine it ran flawlessly. I wasn’t turbo but had lots of bolt ons. Definitely could tell a difference. But I know they can do turbos or superchargers. Tune for 6spd swaps. Ect.
Speed pull is fine with decent tires. I've done 150+ in a 88 fox, 94 accord, 02 trans am, 92 Camaro, 12 charger. I've done 120+ in 3 different 90's dodge trucks, 99 stang and a p71 vic.
I used to have an ex cop p71 crown vic.I would buy another one in a heartbeat those cars are a steal and so much fun..talk about bang for the buck.weld the rear diff,add some nitrous,do the j mod to the trans and have some fun.plus mine still had all the antennas on it and everyone gets out of your way!!!
Loud pipes is an awesome song to just vibe down the freeway at 100+ after midnight with anything, everything, or nothing on your mind. Keep rockin’ Jeremy 🤟🏻

It would’ve been way more cool to see that built into a 1000hp monster instead of the ls that’s supposedly in it. Ls stuff is cool but leave them in chevys and build the fords with fords. That’s why I live neighbor and this thing especially. The fact this engine is holding up makes it way more interesting. Anyone could do this build slowly on there crown Vic.

You were kind of the inspiration by me buying an HP tuner for a 2000 Camaro I've got. I remember a while back in a video you had said something about suggesting maybe some classes on vehicle tuning. I was just curious as to what had ever happened with that. It's definitely something I would be interested in even if it was a situation where they were videos you had to subscribe to or pay for. Again I love the channel, keep it up, you guys are awesome!!!!
to anyone watching this video, yes, the octane booster works.. used it in 3 of my cars, including my high compression race car.. it does work. they say it is o2 and catalytic converter safe, but... I did have 1 of my o2 sensors fail on a n54 platform, shortly after using this stuff.. also had a lot of spark plug foul out from this stuff. you will notice the orange color on your plugs and o2 sensors when using this stuff. iridium seems to foul out the easiest with this stuff.. I have stopped using it, as it is mainly for cars that are trying to combat detonation.. I use race gas now or pump gas and swap tunes as needed. racing gas has a higher energy potental so it burns clean even with the higher octane level
great to see you are making progress on the vic.. also if you like loud pipes you may wanna spend 4 minutes of ear time on "chinese man records - i've got that tune" ;)

In the spirit of this build and a nod to the LT1 whisperer, Jeremy's Dad, any ideas for best parts to start off my 96 caprice 9c1 with the iron head LT1? Already has header, exhaust, intake, etc. Just bolt on so far.
Lifelong aviation enthusiast so had to boo at the "inconsiderate jets"; seriously though I'm going to dovetail into the exit clip. At my local airport during lunch as usual and an elderly gent in a Volvo wagon I've seen many times there had an old and quite grey Golden and a much younger but grown one. He would separate them by a good distance and work with one and then switch off to the other on training/practicing. Sad to see that the older one was going to be replaced but given the love I could see between all of them I know that his remaining days he'll be well cared for and the young one will serve well.
I think once you max out the 4.6 you should swap in the new godzilla motor from ford, someones already made like 1100hp on stock internals (granted it was a engine dyno).
Will jorge port my pi heads? My 09 p71 on 32s needs more power and I'm happy you haven't thrown a rod yet. I'm thinking of replacing my battery with a turbski
You truly could sell bolt on “Turbo Kits” for crown vics. The deal with the brakes is that it probably needs a 1 way valve on the brake booster because it’s now positive manifold pressure and doesn’t make enough vacuum for it until you decelerate.

There’s no crown vics ever sold in Australia, and the police were buying GM aka Holden V8’s, but we no longer make cars at all. So the cops are driving all kinds of cars from BMW, Audi, to Hyundai’s now and they are becoming hard to spot, there’s no visible signage from the front perspective but plenty on the back and sides so they sneak up behind you, hide in bushes facing oncoming traffic and the penalties for being on the phone or speeding are ridiculous, up to $3000. They simply just take your car if you rip a burnout, plus the 3k fine. It’s a shame that they shut the Holden factory, I believe that they were making the bodies for them here for the US a market in exchange for LS and 3.6 V6 engines. Now they get most of their cars from Germany except the corvettes for about the 3rd year now.

There were some Cop Rods hanging at Dukes drive in in the late eighties. Kind of hard to pull up to a street race in one though.
