- In the middle of New York City, lies this Tiny-House which is hidden behind a classic New York Townhome in one of the City’s most popular neighborhoods. It was designed by a famous architect and has features I wish normal NYC Apartments had. Living here would be a dream. What do you think?

They did an incredible job with this tiny house, it's gorgeous! The interior design is simply beautiful and it's like a hidden gem. The cars are also sooo nice. Kinda want to see more of this house!

That's such a nice home and it looks like a young happy place to live. Morning Cash your baby girl is getting big. I remember taking my kids on the first day of kindergarten and felt so sad leaving them there. I have 4 kids and it didn't get any easier as one by one they got old enough to start school.

Tiny houses are super practical in a wide variety of environments. Love seeing one in a city setting. They put some mad money into that - beautiful! The closet/changing room is excellent use of space.
I grew up on 10th & Prospect Park West, St. Saviors School and the beach! Best times! I love watching you, very animated and fun to see NY now.

That house-Apartment is absolutely brilliant.
Had to go back and watch again cuz when I saw that glorious 57 Chevy, I didn't remember anything else. I swear, if it hadn't been Cash, I wouldn't have ever known it was New York. No one ever said the price, I don't think. Oh well. This has to be the best place I've seen on this channel yet. Jaw dropping!
I generally don't like tiny houses, but I liked this one - which I think was a bit bigger than your typical tiny house. I liked that you could stand up in the loft and that there were real stairs and not some scary ladder. Not sure about the car shop out back in terms of noise levels, but that was about it.
Perfect! The high ceilings make the place look bigger. Its the ultimate bachelor hangout pad.

Wow! This place is gorgeous! Beautifully designed and decorated. This is like a sanctuary among the chaotic city. Perfection! Who would of thought a disposable camera would have brought her so much joy. Maybe it will be a fun hobby she can later turn into a profitable profession! She seems to have a knack for it already. Tourists is a gorgeous motel in the Berkshires (in a wrid location but it works). This has the same airy feel. I love it.
Look better and bigger then half of these apartments he shows.

I lived on 8th and Carroll the old Woolworth mansion in the top floor apartment in 1978 it was owned by J Koven. I was just wondering if you were close enough could you do a walk by and show what it looks like now or even an apartment if one were available .

What a dream space. I thought that was a particularly sweet moment with Violet when she repeated “for someone small”. I watch mostly on UA-camTV and don’t know how to leave comments but I always 👍

I am amazed that the tiny house got built in a year. I live in Minneapolis and had a Man Cave put into my basement during the pandemic. The contractor said it would take 3-4 months and t was unfinished at 8 months. That's when he quit (he figured he wasn't earning enough given the length of time it was taking) and new contractors/carpenters were impossible to hire. Fortunately I have a nephew in California that builds sets for movies, tv shows, and commercials. Work was slow during the pandemic so I hired him to come out and finish it off. So not only did I have to pay him for the work but also covered travel expenses round trip from California. My Man Cave took a year. This tiny house took a year. Obviously the tiny house had a much better contractor working on it than I did.
That was THE BEST designed small house I've ever seen on any UA-cam channel.

Awesome place. It's so zen. The only thing I'd add to the outdoor space is a nice little fountain, maybe pagoda shaped.

I was starting to miss those calm shots of you getting your day started at home, lol. Place looks nice and cozy, and feels like it'd be pretty isolated (in a good way) from all the bustling of the city, yet having it close by to dip into. Fun video, especially with the cohosts, haha.
I love those big glass doors, but it always makes me thinks about all the bugs getting inside. It would be cool if there was some kind of sliding mesh or bug screen with those installations but I have never seen one.

A+ design, it is so functional , super nice light wood paneling and blue kitchen cabinets.
Most apts Cash shows seem to be designed by people? who don't live in the real world esp the baths, kitchens and W/D space.

Actually there are many tiny houses in NY but most are Upstate NY. You rarely see them in NYC!!!

5:20 Im guessing Cash haven't heard of Frame TVs that flush mount against the wall and look like pictures. Great only if the person have ceiling speakers installed
5:43 Im surprised that left wall by the stove isnt discolored with yellow stains as thats common when jamming the stove against a finished wall..
6:00 Im starting to see more and more Blue Shaker style cabinets with Gold pulls but upon further notice, these cabinets were the default white Frameless and the doors were just painted blue.
7:10 Lovely! I had a closet like this before, and it completely eliminated the need for a dresser or vertical chest. All i needed was 2 bare minimum nightstands
This apartment was planned out great, loved how the floors wrapped into the ceiling, and even though its small its bright and does not have that dungeon hole in the wall look. Only downside is that its next to a mechanic shop, in the past I lived on Jerome Ave in the BX for across the street from a few, and I never want to be that person again.

it's all about design. I have a friend that has a vacation home in a family "Compound". Her house is the newest, in the 1960's built but her parents paid for a top New York architect. Small home, but every room has a view of the lake. Every thing is just 100% designed for comfort and efficiency. It feels HUGE, with large windows and a deck that is like another room, and she has had 10-15 people staying, and it still feels relaxing. Just a genius design... that taught me that flow is important and remember why the place is being built. To enjoy the lake view.
