Powdercoat the bumper and the X black with the backing plate in yellow. Sika the X to the backing plate before gluing the backing plate to the bumper with Sikaflex. Fill the lettering with crystal clear UV-resistant epoxy that will self-level in the letters, protecting them and keeping them from clogging with mud. I've done a few this way, and it works really well.

Bumper looks great, I had a similar one on a street rod many years ago, super strong design.
Robby put leds in the bumper on x sign for 3rd brake light
Maybe the On-X-OffRoad plate should be backlit in red and make it a tail and stop light for the vehicles that identify as automobiles and motorcycles. Front plate should be back lit in low light white so it doesn't blind oncoming traffic at night. That buss will POP!
Robby, I think you should get your wrecker from Rory and finish it yourself. There's nothing bad against Rory. I just think you and your crew's skill level have grown so much that y'all would make a better rig. And you could truly make it your own.

I still feel you should widen the stance on the rear like y’all did on the front with the spacers, I mean it is top heavy and it’s higher than it started, give it a thought at least either way I love what y’all do and I’m always watching when new things are posted.

I would have flipped the hitch over (or built one from scratch) so it came out much higher. Like between the bumper tubes. As it is, it's going to seriously limit the departure angle.

Bus driver here. Marker lights, also called clip lights, ID lights, or clearance lights depending on manufacturer. Always on a separate switch even though they always need to be on.
