@@forkliftgeek10 this model Order picker has the relays soldered onto the board, so I switched the card with a relay board off another order picker and the code is still there. New brake harness or brake has corrected the issue. The code just won’t clear
Quick question on a toyota stand up similar to that Raymond . Will a low battery (unit starts up at 8 bars then suddenly drops to 2 bars on the dash gauge) cause codes 4c, 5f, and 5G? Unit starts up and works fine sometimes. Then sometimes codes out ASAP as soon as you turn it on. Battery issue or relay issue? Any suggestions? Thanks!
+Charlie Hustle yes it can. The controller can only read voltage levels. A drop in voltage to the relay could cause it to drop out. If possible swap batteries and see if problem goes away.

I have a Raymond model number 540-OPC30TT truck works just fine until you turn left all the way and it codes out with the 5G code any ideas ? I’m lost.

Your lift potentiometer is either faulty or out of calibration. Try doing a relearn first. You can run test A05 to verify if you can get into the system through the display.
@@forkliftgeek10 i change the handle control but I never calibrated. I use serial cable to connect the software flashware but not connect. How i can do relearn . I’m new with this

Right side shift button and horn, then key on will bring to password entry. To do a relearn you need the super password though.
