Thanks. I made a 3D printed mount that attaches to the armrest "hook". Have the files here: www.prusaprinters.org/prints/74092-gopro-mount-for-bmw-m2-competition-and-others-armr So if you have access to a printer you can try it out.
Thanks. Changed from the CAE since I experienced too much vibration in cabin during normal driving. I tried re-installed several times and experimented with some extra isolation material but did not get it as I like. So I changed.
@@pureroadster59 The new shifter has no strange vibrations. But also less feel. The pivot point is also lower than with the CAE. This makes the shifter feel a little "too long". If the CAE would just be less "noisy" / vibration sensitive it would be perfect.
@@apexdreams_sweden I am trying to work out how to remove the vibrations. I have been able to by using the grub screw stoppers for 1/2 and 5/6 by taking up all the play in the ball joint. But I cannot do it for 3/4 so the vibration remains for those gears. I think the ball may be too small or might require a delrin bushing to remove some play. The vibration seems to reasonate up the shifter directly from the play in the ball joint at high revs. The ball joint can be replaced separately so I may experient with a larger ball first.
Nice car to follow in front :) :) :)
Haha yeah he was pretty fast 😉
@@apexdreams_sweden 😉
Nice driving. How do you set up your GoPro? I mean where did you attache the GoPro? Thanks.

@@apexdreams_sweden Wow, that is cool. Thank you.
Nice driving! I see you changed from the CAE Shifter, can you please explain why? Thanks!

@@apexdreams_sweden thanks for the reply! I am experiencing the exact same thing with it in my MX5. How are you finding the new shifter for vibration?
