I'm also going to try this recipe as well very soon. For me, and the type of food I enjoy eating, I think Sam is the best cook on the planet.

All the way from Oklahoma. Our first stop in San Diego was Samburger and NNT. Great food, cool atmosphere & fun place. Meeting Sam was the highlight-such a nice guy. My wife and I are fans. Thank you for taking the time to talk to us and take a photo with us.
Sam's estimation of quantities is one of the funniest and best things (in my opinion) about these videos. Spotted "Half a teaspoon" = 3 teaspoons and "About half a cup" = 1 cup so far. Could do with some Maxi magic "Actually: 3 teaspoons" subtitles 😆

So I am not a huge fan of pasta… I don’t order it when we go out and I don’t suggest pasta for dinner. My husband and I made this tonight and I am IN LOVE! I almost cried. Thank God we made half a recipe otherwise we would have eaten the whole recipe! Seriously best pasta I’ve ever had in my entire life!
Oh, I just remembered something else I've been meaning to mention to you, Sam. I've seen you struggle a bit with loose sausage. It's sticky; it's a little hard to break up, right? I figured out a trick to make it easier! Put the whole chunk of sausage in your heated pan. Let it brown a little on that side. Then flip it. And then, start breaking it up. That already slightly browned side will not stick to your spatula.
I knew a guy who was half Japanese and half Jewish. He opened a restaurant called Sosumi😂. I thought it was hilarious that Max was watching the pasta boil over while saying that Sam was a slacker when he could have easily just lifted the lid off the pot 😁. You guys are so much fun to watch. And your food always looks so great 😋

I found your channel 2 or 3 weeks ago and you quickly became my favorite cooking channel. The couple dishes u have made were beyond outstanding. I have just recently found the love for cooking at 49 years old and you make it less intimidating. I look forward to making many more of these dishes and using fresh ingredients and cooking from scratch instead of a box.

This is now the only way I'll do garlic bread. I changed the parsley to Basil & Oregano, and used of all things taco bell sauce packets (1 Diablo for kick, then fire & mild for flavor. 3 packets per stick of butter.) Kept everything else the same. And now, that's the only way I'll cook garlic bread from now on. Even tried it today for doing a garlic bread sub, and OMG, best sandwich I've ever had. Toasted the bread, added some extra provel, then melted it. Then mayo, and standard club/hero with tomato lettuce & onion. So thank you for the best garlic bread recipe I've ever had & what's now the only way I'll make homemade garlic bread from now on.

I made this last night, with a few personal adjustments and ideas from another UA-cam creator, Brian Langstrom. Not enough Vodka, a heavy splash of white wine will help. Got some spicy ground sausage that needs to be cooked up, Throw it in. I ordered Calabrian Chilies from Amazon; my local store didn't have them. What a PUNCH of flavor! The dish was spicy transcendence! Glorious! (West Texas girl here, I'm not afraid of spicy, but I do want to be able to taste the flavor of the food.) 😀 It's not a healthy choice every day, but the occasional indulgence is definitely worth it. This is a treasured recipe from here on out. As always, THANK YOU to Sam and the guys for all of their work, creativity and willingness to share!

I made the spicy vodka sauce and it was amazing! I've been basing all of my cooking around sauces lately. If you can make a good sauce, your meal will taste great! Pretty much can't go wrong here!

get yourself a cheap 1000# to 6000# grit whetstone too, trust me. your gonna need one if you want a consistent sharp knife. its a great skill to have in life. i sudgest a "king" stone they are cheap in the us and are amazing

Really nice dish and the combo is awesome. We only added a little freshly chopped basil when the pasta went into the sauce. That gave it a beautiful fragrance alongside the parsley touch.
I had a neighbor that called the cops because we were having a party in the backyard. They weren’t invited and got upset about it. They got even more upset when they saw us grilling steak. They were vegan.

get yourself a cheap 1000# to 6000# grit whetstone too, trust me. your gonna need one if you want a consistent sharp knife. its a great skill to have in life. i sudgest a "king" stone they are cheap in the us and are amazing

Really nice dish and the combo is awesome. We only added a little freshly chopped basil when the pasta went into the sauce. That gave it a beautiful fragrance alongside the parsley touch.

The garlic bread will now be a staple at my house for anything that resembles Italian food or just for the heck of it. Yep, made it. Its amazing. Way over the top in terms of decondense but amazing none the less. I used sweet Italian sausage raviolis for my pasta. 10/10.

I once had a neighbor who owned a cougar in their backyard and made meth in an RV in front of the house. Would not recommend inviting for garlic bread.
I can relate to this story if its a live cougar, and not the car. We have a cougar that shows up every night for leftover scraps that I give him, He's somewhat friendly, since He's a regular. No methheads thank god.

I had an old bitty as a neighbor in Toledo OH and she called the law on me so many times that they took her to jail for abusing public resources... LOL I was single and had lots of "friends" over but we never made noise and she hated seeing me have fun!
how did you convince the police to take you seriously? my sis is having this problem and the cops won't tske the harassment seriously. She lives alone and never has company. The neighbor called one time and said the "boyfriend" was abusing my sister... she doesn't have a BF nor was anyone there.

Bad neighbor story, while on vacation my in-laws we’re stopping in and checking on the house. They heard water running and fearing a leak went to investigate. Seems my neighbor was using my outside tap to water his garden and wash his car.
