Whew! Coffee time and a movie. Reinforced my belief that vanilla weapons with modifications are more than sufficient in this game. All in all if a legendary weapon falls into my lap however I will use it, but I’m not actively farming them like I would fallout games. Great video, thanks for taking the time to test and make the video.
I'm with you there. More useful to me would be Advanced versions of the weapons that don't currently have an Advanced version. Current incomplete list: Eon, Equinox, Rattler, and Sidestar. That said, Instigating is great for a Sniper rifle.
The Deepseeker is, IMO, probably the nicest looking spacesuit in the game... It's really disappointing that it doesn't get higher tier versions, as it very quickly gets replaced by Mercenary and Bounty Hunter spacesuits, instead... I really don't understand how Bethesda introduced a literal endless replay mechanic, but then failed to endlessly scale the equipment along with it...
I have found a good use scenario for the Berserker perk. Stealth. Since detection is determined by the weight of the worn clothing, the best way to not get detected is to wear only clothes or go completely naked. Keelhauler is particularly effective for the Ryujin missions if you get caught sneaking around.
Also, for Shattering, the enemies that have the triple red health bars are what you need to test that one on to see the real effect the perk has. On human enemies it shreds.
I discovered that the 1 inch punch on a sniper rifle is about useless. I found a legendary Hard Target with it and from a distance it seemed like I missed shots more often. :( Now 1 inch punch on a Razorback, that is a different story. :). Thanks for your vids.
Furious is great with a kodoma, i have one with furious and elemental, its amazing, takes about 90 rounds to put down a boss though. But it could be because your damage done us reduced every trip through NG
med theft not only increases the chance of a drop, but also the amounts of meds they drop..up to 3 even. I have an inflictor with cornered, shattering and med theft. don't need anything else obviously. Somebody should seriously do a vid on the most irrelevant and useless weapon/armor they have encountered in this game. just saying.

Thank you for these insights. It's a bit tricky to line up your armor with your armaments but once done you are pretty much good to go.
I am kicking myself for passing on a One Inch Punch Arc Welder. As in: how would that even work???
I think most of the random proc stuff is better on burst or full auto weapons
Yeah, that seems to be the case

Great video, so useful for new players and even a vet like me learned something.

Thank you, so the bottoming is - the best perk is Extended magazine, rapid, etc. Everything else can be neglected.
Morning campers... ahh another long video nice 😁

Crippling is good for full auto weapons.
Another one for the Starfield file
There is also something called elemental. It's pretty good.
I must have missed that one. Yeah it's quite good. It's just very random. It's better on fast firing guns
