I didn’t have any issues like that. The exhaust fit the bike really nicely. I would say to double check the exhaust bracket where it mounts to the bike and make sure it is positioned correctly. Hope you get it figured out quickly.
Sounds good, how many miles have you logged since installing? Any issues? Have you checked the plugs to see if she’s running lean? I’m trying to determine if I should hold off on installing my SPC big bore till I do the 1000k service only at 350 right now and the weather isn’t cooperating.
I have not pulled the plugs and checked. I did speak with my Local Harley dealer (one of the Techs) and he told me that it will be fine and there wasn't enough change with the exhaust to warrant doing a tune unless I just wanted too. I am going to go ahead and do the tune just to help me feel better though. I will be getting my 1000k service in a few weeks.

Have you noticed any discoloration on the black? I was looking at this exhaust but might consider the stainless if the black is going to show discoloration anyway.

Installed this on my sons bike and the rear brake is hitting the pipe. Did you have any issues like that?

Im new to this as i just purchased my first Harley softail. After installing it did you have to have it tuned? Looks good and thank you in advanced

Bought a 23 LRS today .. I’m also getting this pipe..how r u liking it?
So far I am loving it. I will say I do hear it more because of how short it is but it isn't bad.

I don’t think it is raspy at all and does have a deep sound when you hear it in person. Hope that helps.

I like the look of the shorter one better but I do think I hear it more than I would if I would have gotten the longer one.

No discoloration yet…still looks good to me.

Did you half to tune it afyer the exhaust swap.?
I didn’t have to but I did have the Harley Dealership do a screaming eagle stage 1 tune on it a few months after I did the exhaust
Did you have to get a fuel pack?
I did not have too, but I did end up tuning the bike anyway
