Thanks for the video. I just replaced mine and I would suspect yours had been replaced before. I had to cut the stock one out as it is molded into the assembly. After that the new one bolted into place and looks just like yours before you took the bad one out. Seems to be all quiet now.

Is there a way to just lube it without removal?
Do you happen to know the location of the blower motor resistor? I suspect that is our issue but I'm unsure of its location...
Did the loudness go away after a while?

dpaden30 I made full use of the autozone lifetime warranty for this fan when it failed a year later. Keep the receipt!

Yeah kinda, I just hit it until it “clicked” back into place.
