I use content-aware quite a bit, mainly to get rid of things that are on the edge of the image and are not wanted. I must remember to re-select something that had been removed but then re-appears when I've removed something else close by (your action with the accent refers). Thanks, George.
Very interesting. I always pick up useful pointers from your videos. That helps a lot. I wasn’t aware of the nuance in getting a better fill by having a tight selection around the text. I tried it out immediately to see how much faster it was over just the clone stamp tool. It indeed was faster. The only tedious part I found was having to constantly click on Edit-Fill Selection-OK for each small selection. I couldn’t find a keyboard shortcut.
Hello George, Very useful tut. I always learn soo much from your videos. I would still like to purchase Photoshop 2022 or even 2023 lessons, when available in Australia. That is not Elements, but the full program.
Thanks Peggy! We are no longer shipping DVDs outside of the US and we will be ending DVD sales completely by the end of this year. Those are no longer profitable. I have a Photoshop Online course in the works but it is on the back burner while I am putting all my time into one of my side businesses trying to get it up to enough sales to cover what I am now losing from my course sales. Ever since the inflation started about a year ago my course sales have been dreadful.
@@HTGGeorge Thank you George for the reply. I fully understand where you are coming from, things are not good here in Australia either. I look forward to the Photoshop Online Course later down the track.
@@peggymccauley3651 Unfortunately all of the Anglo countries did the same thing with the lockdowns and tried to recover by giving away money they didn't have, with the same result, inflation. You would think that governments would have a basic understanding of economics. Simulus packages (putting money into the economy) always results in inflation. Then governments try raising interest rates (taking money out of the economy) which only makes getting money more expensive so that people have even less money and that leads to recession. Then governments try to reverse that again by once again pushing stimulus packages which only makes the cycle worse and that leads to a depression. The best thing governments can do is to get out of the way and let the economies stabalize, but our current governments like to meddle, so that won't happen.
Hi, that is a glitch that just showed up yesterday. No response from PayPal yet. That should not be there. But if you purchase the online training I will of course refund the shipping charge.

Thanks! I can't tell you how much this helps, especially during summer when money from UA-cam ads is down (advertisers pay less during summer).
Thank you, George

You're welcome Peter! Content Aware fill has become my first choice when doing image repair.

Thanks! And I agree, PSE really needs a keyboard shortcut for content aware fill.

Hi George. I was going to pay for your 2023 PSE class and was being charged for shipping. Why is that for an online class?

Thanks! I greatly appreciate this, really helps the channel.
