It helps ,if when you are by yourself, to take the back of the seat, off first . You end up separating them anyway ,so I do it first, it also helps you be able to get at those back floor bolts . Came out real nice .

You should do a video on how to replace foam on bench seats when our furry little friends get inside 🐭. Great video!

About how long did this take?

Good question! If we remember correctly, it took about 3 hours. The seat cover kit was definitely worth the money considering the time and effort saved. Thanks for watching.

The one we used came from LMC Truck. There are other sources, but we have not used them.

I just got done installing cover set. On my 74 square body. Bought it from LMC. That was a nightmare. The damn thing is junk. Wouldnt fit and it tore. Do not buy one. Real expensive junk!!

Remember that this is a 76 and was done a few years ago. We do not work for nor are we sponsored by LMC. Further we have no idea who they buy the covers from. Ours turned out just as we show you in the video.

    Putting rings in the fabric?
That stuff will rip out in a couple of weeks.
That cover is too big bruh.. LMC failed you!!!
    😂

Eight months later and still no tears. LMC gave us instructions to place the rings in the specific areas as shown. The only difference is that we used more durable rings, Decker's Hump Hills rings. They're routinely used to attach automotive upholstery fabric to the frame of the seat. The sharp, pointed ends of these hog rings pierce the fabric and bend together with pliers to secure your project. It is a technique that dates back to the early 1900s. The following link will show some examples on Amazon for hog ring and upholstery use. www.amazon.com/Seat-Cover-Upholstery-Rings-pack/dp/B003HFBQC6
