I’m so, so glad you’ve found what works for you. My chronic illness stuff is different, but the incessantness has been the same.
H pylori = ulcers. I had that right after college.
I’m sitting here going, Oh!, as you talk about hating your body because it doesn’t work right. I very much understand that.
Re: commuting. I had to get a different (used) car because my old one made my lower back worse. Adjustable lumbar support helps me so much. Public transit is a different source of pain

I know exactly how you feel. I found out days before Christmas that I'm sucrose intolerant and I've been dealing with stomach issues since I was a child. I've been to many doctors, but last year I met with a gastroenterologist that performed an endoscopy and colonoscopy, sent me to get blood work for gluten allergy, a HIDA scan to check my gallbladder. All normal, just slight gastritis. The last test was the hydrogen test I did in December and that's when I was diagnosed with Csids. I'm always scared to eat and I especially don't like to feel sick at work during meetings, before a road trip or plane ride, and most definitely not around my boyfriend. It has been a struggle for me too, as I've been taking Sucraid for three months now and it only helps so much. I have tried researching different things myself and I was told by a coworker to go to an Endocrinologist vs a dietitian, so maybe that's my next step. Have you had any of your family take the breath test?

I know your struggle. I live a nightmare. I mean, what's worse than not being able to eat without suffering or without having metabolic conditions ramifications caused by what you ingest. I am afraid of food. The only things that don't disrupt my metabolism are bone broth ( with green veggies) and fasting... fasting really helped. so far, and after having a pletora of medical tests, it's the only remedies I found.
I'm going to take a breath test and see a traditional naturopath.

I have used salt only by baking a
Or air fry or stir fry with no batter. On the intermountain health pdf food guidance read footnote re: cabbage, broccoli etc that some folk had to eliminate like me.
