I hear you, when I heard it was a song on Throwing Copper I was like, "no it wasn't, I listened to it all the time, how do I not know this song?" Then found out about the anniversary edition, and now I am a happy man! SO GOOD!

And only 11 years after Zack and Miri Make a Prono brought this song back to public light. I've been waiting literally a decade for a proper studio recording of this song. Thank you for FINALLY releasing it.

I love the fact that people are just finding this song due to a movie. Back in 95 I had a very rough copy of this song on a mixtape. The recording was very rough due to dubbing, but it was on there along with 3 of the songs from throwing copper. I loved the album and this song and I'm glad that it has finally released.

Finally! Throwing copper is still one of my favorite albums of all time, I don't know how this didn't make the cut. It's a toss up between this and "Selling the drama" as one of my favorite songs of all time.

From scouring Zack and Miri's credits and youtube/mp3'ing the demo to now, 11 years later. This song, for me, defined the spark I seek in my romantic endeavors- a perfect storm of sincere passion, friendship and lust. And since I switched to Spotify instead of clogging my phone with giant music files, it had literally been years since I'd heard it. It's really quite profoind discovering this re-release now, and the mix/master job is downright stunning.

I used to listen to Throwing Copper all the freakin time, loved it. I used to play songs from on my local rock bar jukebox, which given how tight I am with money, is saying something :) I then got Mental Jewelry I Think it was, which I didn't listen to so much, and when I stopped listening to CDs, for some bizarre reason forgot about them.
Maybe I missed ripping it? Well thanks to a 14 year old Rom-Com starring a love interest from Scrubs, I've now a new number one on bands to get back into!

Listening to the Throwing Copper album brings me back to my early years, it was a fantastic album with so many hits. It’s disappointing that this didn’t make it onto the album.

The lyrics are a metaphorical masterpiece. Accompanied by music fot the soul. I've said it before and I'll say it again, the insight displayed within lyrics coming out of Rock music in the latter part of 20th century, rivals that of all the Classics put together.

I saw Live at the Sound of Music Festival in Burlington and they were incredible. Live has always been one of my top 5 favourite bands of all time and I was just blown away how magnificent Ed is as a live singer. Live did an hour set, which felt like it was too short, and I had goosebumps the moment Ed started singing until the end. I have seen a lot top bands live but Ed is by far the best live singer I have ever heard. I just love this band and that will never change. Also, this song is amazing!
