I love the fact that you post videos of things that you're doing for the very first time, it shows that you're still learning just like the rest of us! Keep up the great work, Julie! I love these videos!
Oh, forgot to say, I don't find your doing the details boring. It's a good learning experience.
Hai live in P and I had to come and Babysit 4 cats I like dogs but it’s for my son who is in NY now I’m here for 15 days bored out of my mind so I’m watching your videos. Thank God for them. I enjoy them very much and I’m watching them during the day. I usually watch when I go to bed because I don’t have time at home. Thank you for these videos, which are amazing.
I know it's been 2 years since you made this bowl, but it's new to me. I love it! As I do all of your work. I love watching your videos; I learn so much each time.
There are only a few of you ladies to explain the whole process, I appreciate the time you take showing us from start to finish, your bowl looks amazing too.
Popped
Fantastic!
I personally appreciate you mixing on camera so I can learn. If we don't want to see it we can skip it.
Her mixing really helped me when I tried paint pouring for the first time
Yeah that help me too and I first started and I can just fast forward to where I want to watch but there are some that need to see every step still
I just came across this video from 2 years ago! Wow, you worked very hard to get this just right. I love it so much. Great job.🎉
I NEED MORE ROOM - Truer words were never spoken
🤣 I can imagine you chasing the balls all over your studio with a vacuum cleaner!, INCREDIBLE work Julie! I appreciate your effort xxx
I really love it when you do all the steps on camera. It gives me a good idea of the time I need to schedule and also I just LOVE to hear you explain the steps. Your voice and presentation are beautiful !
I absolutely love this. The popped styrofoam balls go with it. I absolutely love your work . I watch your videos everyday. I really want to try and make something with resin now. My kitchen is a beach theme.
By watching every thing you do from preparing to unmoulding helps me learn more
this is really well done. to me it looks like a pool with waves around it,like when someone jumps into water and the water splashes up around them.
🌊🌴🌊🌴🌊Wow! Impressive! In my imagination, it's like a ''coral shell'' from the ocean.🐚🐌🐙
Stunning! I'm thinking if you did this in pink and shaped it like a bathtub, it'd make a very cute bowl for the bathroom!
Great idea 🛁 Could do a bit smaller one and put bubble soaps into it.
BEAUTIFUL Julie. I'm gradually working through your back catalogue. What housework..!💞
I love watching the creative process! I find it fascinating to see your ideas progress from your words to a physical piece of art. I want to see all the steps, including when the expectations of color in resin is one thing and actuality turns out to be different.
This sea bowl turned out to be so wonderful! I love the ocean and her many moods. Your bowl is a joyous summer day at the beach! Thank you, Julie, for being so generous with your ideas, experiments, expertise, and time! Take care and stay safe!!
Fabulous! I've been using various silicone tubing to help with shaping- - there are lots things like silicone hoses and mouldings that you could use in the hardware store. I 'm playing at a much smaller scale, but the principle is the same. I put wire through the tubing to help shape it- a bit like a collar. I kind of wind it under the rim to get a curl over the edge and to help shape the slope (I do it with UV resin and leaves for jewelry).
Oh, and the rippling is from the outer part being more cured than the inner part. To avoid it, the underside that hasn't been exposed to the air (or light with UV resin) is happy to be squished or stretched, the slightly harder 'skin' side stretches much better than it squishes. That said, a good top coat will hide any wrinkly bits. 😁 It's so much fun to do something that is experimentation, isn't it!?!
I absolutely love the look that the mineral turpentine made , it’s something I’ve never tried and I’m quite eager to try it out for myself now ! Ty for giving me the confidence to try new things ! Xx
Omgoodness, you are absolutely brilliant , so creative, and love your sense of humor, I'm new to all of this resin, and as being an artist, I try to learn as much as I can about different mediums.
Thank you for your lovely Inspiration, many blessings....
This bowl is so cool. The polystyrene balls turned out pretty well. When I have things that I want to form, I use empty toilet rolls or empty paper towel rolls. They work most times.
I am surprised the resin did not disintegrate the Styrofoam balls. So interesting and such a Beautiful outcome. Thanks for sharing. Take care. Hugs Sheryl 💙🎨💙
I never would have thought of the Styrofoam balls. Beautiful.
thats a pretty centerpiece bowl. I love the colors. It looks so much like you froze water into a bowl shape. beautiful
That platter turned out just perfect,,
Binge watching all you're videos.what a talented soul thankyou
All I can say to that one is WOW!!!! OK spectacular also comes to mind! And Beautiful. And totally unexpected. 💙💙🤍🤍💙💙
Wow, you have an amazing amount of patience! Those little foam balls would have made me crazy! Ha Very pretty Julie.
Beautiful ocean and the waves nice job on balls
Wow! Almost looks like a frozen lake with snow all around. I can see a couple ice skaters on there! 😂
On next project similar to this, could use a large salad bowl to curl edges over. Beautiful creation! 🫶👍
I like it with the blue hole effect, more like nature.😄
I like when you show the mixing of paints. Part of the process
Absolutely stunning adhesive spray for the balls then drizzle the white over top
A little blue showing through the foam looks natural to me, I love what you have done!
Julie I prefer to watch you whole videos, including the mixing of your resin so please do not stop. Love you girl!!
Just precious! I am just starting with resin and watching your every step is absolutely beneficial to me. So please don't stop! Thank you for sharing ❤😍🥰😍
Breathtaking, Julie.
I am so sorry but I laughed hysterically when the lid popped off. It came out that time o Julie the bowl is beautiful!! Thanks for giving me a laugh 💖💖😂😂
I am in love with that, I will make this the first time I try my hand at resin art!! You've inspired me!!
I totally love it! It’s beautiful! Once again thank you for sharing your talent with us, I really appreciate it, and I love watching every video you make.
I don’t know how you do all that you do, but I love it.
I’ve watched this once before but just had to watch it again. Simply amazing creation!!!
Perfectly BEAUTIFUL
The colors appear to have an ocean blue hole. Where the ocean is deeper the darker the color. Very pretty
This is my favorite piece ever
HELLO FROM TEXAS!!!! I’ll be starting my own business soon, thank you so much for your originality and realistic view on dealing with resin , you are helping me so much thank you!!!
Omg just the thumbnail alone was stunning

The way you display your finished items are AMAZING you are so talent 🌼🌺💐🥀🌾🪷
I thoroughly enjoyed watching your video. I didn't dare fast forward through the "boring" parts as you suggested.
The ripples and even some bubbles really work well in creating a more realistic look to the water 💧. LOVE 💘 LOVE IT!!
I love watching you Julie I've not done any resin yet I'm just gathering information and ideas....but this lady is open and honiste about her creations about how good they turn out and honiste about things that don't turn out like she won'ts them to turn out ....Well done xx
It really looks Ocean like. With all the bubbles around. Very nice!!
I love listening to you narrate your videos! You are so funny and you love what you do. Keep on being you!
I love those little balls around the edge. Super cool!
Great and good job. stay safe my friend amazing😉❤️❤️👍🎨🎨👍
I love 💘💗♥ your work. It's very nice and I like 👍☺ your patience. Greetings from Algeria 🇩🇿😀😊💖❤
Wow! Impressive.
Your the best..this video was Ace! So cool to watch. Love what you do ❤️😍
I love this. It looks amazing. I for one do appreciate you mixing on camera. Others can skip forward if they don't want to watch it necessarily. Although having said that, they'll probably miss one of your useful tips and pointers you come out with whilst mixing.
I love also that you are such an Aussie with your comments. Hopefully I'll be able to 1/2 as well as you do when I'm good enough to record my pours.
The bubbles in the foam (white) is actually very realistic
Gorgeous. That was a lot of work. Love the results with the balls and the kerosene. Beautiful. You always have the coolest projects. Thanks so much.
This is beautiful. I love, love, love it.
Very pretty, the blue icecave reminds me of the glacier ice at Portage Lake in Alaska. Portage Glacier calfs into the Lake and the chunks of ice are this beautiful shade of blue.
I love watching you mix, very useful!
I love watching you cause you're always trying something new. ❤
I love watching your videos, you do make me laugh. I love the way you try new things on camera even if they don't go quite to plan, as well as teaching us so much. Thank you.
Absolutely gorgeous
Julie this piece is absolutely gorgeous!!! Your art just blows my mind!!! U R Sooo talented. I ❤️how you’re not afraid to tackle such over the top projects!!! You go girl😉💕💕🧜♀️
Beautiful. It looks like that big sink hole in the Caribbean.
The Great Blue Hole off Belize. I wish I could add a picture. The colors are perfect.
Very cool! Let ve the tiny Styrofoam balls!! They look amazing! ☮️💕🎨
* love the, not let ve
Absolutely gorgeous!
Totally gorgeous, Julie!!! 😍👏😍👏
PS: We love watching the whole process. Anyone that is offended by the entire process can just teach their pointer finger how to use the fast-forward button. hehehehe
WOW❣️ Its so beautufull💙💙💙 you are so talented and full of great ideas!
The wispy looks like the ocean.
You are so very unique and generous with your information to create. So many teachers leave us wondering what they just did or what product, you always make it clear and that is much better. You are top shelf, lots of fun in hard times. God Bless You!
I do some resin sculpting for misc things myself. I've noticed the wrinkling seems to happen because of the thickness and the 'set' of the resin. it's slightly stiffer on the outside (or maybe the top side depending on the type of resin) so when you bend it it kind of rubs across the softer middle.. There's not really a good way to get around it at that stage. however when it's softer, after you've molded it how you want it, it'll re-settle and most of the ripples will fall back to flat, the down side is that you have to make sure it's not too soft or it will pool more to the center and away from the edges. You could use a heat gun or embossing tool to heat it a bit, a torch for too long in one spot will burn the resin or even melt the plastic or your tray. it came out beautifully regardless and I love the foam balls effect!!
This piece is absolutely stunning and so creative. I love the ‘foam’.
I feel like I am with you while you show us how to do your creations and I thank you so much!! That ocean with foam is beautiful!!
Just gorgeous!! Love it!!
Those balls would look awesome on several things too. The ice cream trinket box, I’m ordering. ❤️ Thank you for showing each step.
Polystyrene for the foam?? how perfect!!! it looks amazing Julie... Your ideas are always so different and interesting!!!

Wow! It really looks LIKE THE SURF! EXcellent!
This is so awesome
I am like you, you want to jump right in. I learn so much from you. Thanks for you being patient on teaching this. ❤️❤️❤️
A lovely creation!🙂🙏🏻
I like listening to you talk through your process and watching the mixing so keep it up. The bowl is super cool. Love it.
This would be perfect as is for someones to use as a ice skating rink for their Christmas village set , just place 2 tiny skaters on it and done, also turpentine melts styrofoam, so might not have been the torch
Julie...love watching you get excited about the projects you create. I'm right there with you. This bowl came out beautiful! Can't wait to try something like this. I'm new to resin myself. Keep pouring your heart out.
Wow what an ingenious idea! Really looks like foamy waves. Beautiful
What a gorgeous bowl. I love all your projects. Thank you for sharing your videos. 🥰
