    I’ve had my Nama J2 for 1.5 years now and love it. Fast, easy to use and clean, yield is great (I think it actually tastes better than in my old Breville). I keep my juice max up to 72 hours. I usually drink right away or make one for the next day too, but I’ve gone 72 hours. I’ve frozen juice hm it I just don’t like it as much.

    What is the difference betwen juicing and blending. Are you not loosing much of the fibre content?

      Hi, I recommend doing both not one over the other. Juicing gives the digestive system a break, allowing the body the time it needs to work on other tasks besides digestion (a.k.a. healing, repair, regeneration).
      Juicing can be incredibly healing for those with sensitive tummies, digestive issues, or someone trying to heal, as juices are easy to digest and assimilate.
      Juicing can help aid and even eliminate a multitude of digestive disorders, boost your immune function, aid in the reversal of many lifestyle diseases, and increase energy and stamina.
      Research shows that a concentration of antioxidants in juice combats the damaging effects that free radicals have on the skin and musele. Juicing can help with a reduction of wrinkles, increase hydration in the skin, and keep muscles well toned.
      Smoothies will make you feel fuller longer because you are consuming more fiber with them.
      Juicing and blending both have benefits, and both are wonderful ways to incorporate nutrient rich produce into your daily diet. I advocate both. Why? In one word, phytonutrients. These are classes of active plant chemicals that offer above and beyond vitamins, minerals, fats, proteins, and carbs, and superbly boost our health. Many phytonutrients have antioxidant properties that help prevent damage to cells throughout the body ☺️

      I do both. I make smoothies more if I’m honest (daily pretty much) but I like having my juice too.
