She hasn’t replied yet. As a nurse/musician, I would recommend taking it easy. Don’t quit yet. If it starts to hurt, take a break, and rub out the pain. Then start again only when the pain is gone. You can also try alternating heat and cold compresses. Don’t try to play through the pain. Be patient healing takes time. I hope it’s better by now.

But what if i have my left hand wrist broken i have to give up the violin? I am very scared about this problem and it hurts a bit when i am playing
