It is not weird, if basically zero man are willing to become a donor, and I offer the best service of all donors, then it is not so hard to understand. The Netflix angry moms made it about looks, but 99,99% of the recipients just wanted a good and healthy donor that would offer them a service for free and at their door.
@@JonathanJacobMeijer My perspective on this matter is separate from any moral judgment about your actions. Instead, I find it intriguing that numerous women were drawn to you primarily based on your physical appearance, as highlighted in the Netflix documentary. When I mention vanity, I'm referring to the emphasis placed on physical attributes by these women, with many citing your looks as the primary reason for their choice. This phenomenon resonates with the concept of eugenics and selective breeding, where physical characteristics are prioritized over other essential qualities. As a mother myself, I would have placed greater importance on factors like mental and physical health, rather than solely focusing on physical appearance, such as hair color and eye.
@@leemaree517 I think Netflix on purpose did not let the parents say anything positive about my character, because they make a movie. When you want to destroy a main character in a movie, you can not attach too many positive traits to the main character as it will confuse the audience later. That is why you can easily spot the "bad guy" in all movies, he is rude, has no emotions, beats animals and women etc. They add so many negative traits that you start to hate the character and celebrate once he falls. Now in my case: appearance is not raising sympathy in anybody, good looking people are also villains in movies, so that is why they focused to strong on only the physical appearance. Then later, without any positive character traits ever been called, they can tear me easily down and people fall for it and start to hate me and celebrate that I "fell down" Now everybody can see that I am average looking and not Brad Pitt or some hot model. @leemaree517 and @JonathanJacobMeijer I also think that a lot of women or families were (additionally to other stuff) happy to see something they were attracted to. So of course you look out for a friendly smile and perhaps nice hair. But I can tell you, what was most important for me, finding a donor, was finding a nice character, someone who really wants to help, hopefully will one day be happy to see and talk to my child, someone who has the right mindset, helpful, happy, HONEST... Yes Jonathan Neither, I think you could be really a lot of the mentioned (but I do not really know you enough) BUT honesty would be really important for me, and in this case a lot of people seem to think the same way. You even said yourself it would be better to have been honest. But you cannot understand why some are really unhappy? Getting a child and finding a good donor will have been the most important thing for most of the children. They put their trust in you, regarding the most important thing in their lifes, their children. If you just would have been honest it would have been such a perfect gift and everyone could have decided on their one if they wanted it or not. Saying they do not want to share is strange, you did not have a romantical relationship with most of them, did you? So why should they be jealous. Could you really Imagine having 550 siblings? Would it really be okay for you. I like that you are an open donor plus, really I do. Perhaps if I could have found one who was safe to use and with the possibility of making him not in any way his dad legally, I would have taken one myself, but yes this one thing, the lying, ruined everything. Watch the documentary to actually find out what happened. He purposely broke the law and wasn't honest with the people he donated to, for example not being honest about the number of children and swapping his sample with another donor without the women's consent.

He's saying that the mothers are jealous because he's donating to other people. They just wanted him to be honest with them from the start so that they can make an informed decision on accurate information. He's dismissive of their concerns.
He's a textbook narcissist. Perfectly self-obsessed and devoid of empathy. It's all about him and his image.
@@SevenEllen You are not authorized to make diagnoses without a diploma or official recognition. This is pure slander and be careful with that.

Does anyone else think the Loose Women were too mean to Jonathan
No
No.. he is lying in your face right here!
No
no, he didn't even answer their questions
He did not want to do the interview it's obvious.
There are more than likely donors out there that have a lot more than 550 children. It’s just because Johnathan is open and honest, it makes him a target. It was the women that chose to use a donor in the first place.
What do you mean that he was open and honest? He lied to clinics and women.
Exactly, I have a face and some women are just jealous and on`t want to share "their donor" with other recipients that come after them.
Their jealousy is sickening, these kind of people also start to demand that I do not donate to blacks, muslims, hindu, Catholics etc. because they thought "it would be so difficult for their children if their half-siblings were black or muslim....
@@JonathanJacobMeijer do you have proof of this?
@@JonathanJacobMeijer But clinics do not demand that yet you were dishonest with them too. It is also bad screening on your part. You should have refused to donate to these people.
@@timwiland3731 No the clinics just didnt ask me, only one clinic would explicitly ask me if I donated elsewhere and I answered them honestly
Ladies were so mean. Also these ladies or families seek him. So the families went to get the donation from him
yes but they were lied to buy him, he said he was only going to donate to a few couples, but it wasn't true. Which means there are many children of his living near by, over 1000
He needs to be locked up !!!
he told them different numbers. if they knew truth they might not use his service
No. He is nasty.
I’m honestly surprised at how judgemental they are because usually loose women is super non judgmental
What loose women??? Mind your language!
Look the guy is not at fault… whoever created and supported an approved the laws that allow this is the ultimate wrongdoer…
That's the problem: there are no international checks. Each country regulates differently (and some not at all). It is basically the inevitable outcome of connecting the desperation of some people to give birth with a market for it.
But he did lied when he was asked how many times he donated because people would have refused if they knew he donated hundreds of times.
Not really, he repeatedly lied to these families and actively continued despite the impact this has to all of these children's lives. Just because the system has a flaw doesn't mean someone is not at fault to exploit it.
@@Kuro0Doku No, it is common practice in the Netherlands to use donors that donate for hundreds of children, they use Cryos and they have only national limits but no international limits.
@@Evocen No, I did not lie I gave them an estimation, which is more than they could get at any clinic, they will tell you nothing at all.

Everyone in this discussion are acting like they are good. The fact that you accept 1 donor is okay shows how morally everyone is wrong. No one thought of the unborn child at all.
@@daisybee5943 It's the children that are the number one priority.
@@LoveHonesty10 that's right.
Yes I felt they were much too harsh on him. He made it clear that all his information was available for those seeking his donation. It was up to them to do their research at the time.
Watch the documentary to actually find out what happened. He purposely broke the law and wasn't honest with the people he donated to, for example not being honest about the number of children and swapping his sample with another donor without the women's consent.
Using different names on the different catalogues and refusing to provide the amount of children so that they can have the information for themselves is hardly transparent. He is creating a risk for his biological progeny and that is reprehensible.
@@keanusolan2844 No this is untrue, I never used different names, it is also shown in the film on Netflix, they all got my real name once they would have a first meeting.
The name "RUUD" was created by Cryos as they do for ALL the donors that apply to protect their privacy.
@@MariaMarsbar False, there is NO LAW in the Netherlands about donors, there are some vague guidenlines the clinics don`t even keep their selves.
I never swapped anything I debunked that filthy lie already on my own YT channel, also the statement in the Netflix film is "Leon told me that he and OTHER donors" did this, my name is not mentioned because they knew it was a LIE.

I am one of Jonathan's intended parents and I completely disagree with those angry parents. Many parents have now left the Facebook group because a very small group of aggressive mothers full of hatred towards Jonathan removed the messages and responses from parents who are grateful to Jonathan. They also started bullying and intimidating the grateful parents. For that reason, we have set up a private group where these mothers from the Netflix documentary are not welcome and where we support each other and our donor children and create positivity.
