Please add a video with a more complete version of what the signer sees. You have one video that cuts off after ID verification. Once the signer uploads the documents and the notary adds signature blocks for them where they are supposed to sign show the signer signing and then a completed session. If I don't know what the signer side looks like it will be very hard to guide someone who is bad with technology through it. Thank you.
@@BlueNotary a jurat please. What if we need to cross out the lines unused? Thank you again for this video. Made me feel better about doing online Notary. 🤩
I am completely confused now as you but the notary name on the borrowers line and a seal where it doesnt belong, and no notarial wording was in the documents either?
Hi - Payouts usually go out 48 hours after completing a RON session if you are billing through BlueNotary. If you are on a Business or Pro-Hybrid account you are able to name your own price. Notaries are paid out through Stripe otherwise.
When testing with a friend, why does the system request debit/credit payment? I thought this was designed to learn the platform with a live person. Please clarify.
I've found that it doesn't charge anything. It's a literal simulator so that you can go through all of the steps for real, in real time. So that you don't appear confused or fall behind with a real client.
Question about the choosing the type of notary certificate (Acknowledgment, Jurat,...) 3:39 Is this chosen by the signer? As a notary I can't choose a notary certificate type because that would be practicing law. Can you give a little clarification?
As the notary, you can't choose. Feel free to check out this helpful article: bluenotary.crisp.help/en/article/empowering-signers-to-determine-the-type-of-notarization-1r4u2ki/
It's a case by case basis, but ever growing as the industry catches up with the technology. We recommend reaching out to any specific mortgage company of interest.

Was he the notary signing as a witness? ...and why is he, the notary, signing in the space where it says Happy Homebuyer? Also, he put the seal over verbiage. Isn't that a mistake? Please clarify!
Hi - This is just a brief demonstration for how to use the software. We would suggest using our "Handle Every Document" course for more detailed information on filling out specific forms 👍
Does Blu charge the notary $150 to do this transaction? the clients are not billed and I get paid by the title company, how do I remove this $150 charge?

@@BlueNotary Does this include the state or county, if something else is listed other than the notary location?

Glad I'm not the only one!
I also had the same question. Can you please clarify, @BlueNotary?
This is just a "Technical Demonstration" of how to use the product. Not conduct a full Notarization. Those will be coming soon.
Is this platform good for new notaries to start building their experience on or preferred for an experienced notary?
Hi Melissa - perfect for first-timers. We have an excellent session simulator feature to practice on!
I plan on using this as a new notary. I like that it walks you through the steps.
alright alright alright!
On notarization type: Whats the difference between jurat and oath/affirmation certificate?
They’re the same. Some states call it jurat and some states call it oath and affirmation
Great video!
Once completed, does a copy go to the signer or the notary to send to the signer? Does the signer pay before or after?
Yes we send a copy to the signer and signer pays at the end when the notarization is complete.
Can all this be PRE-tagged before the live session begins?
Yes indeed
Can you do a video on how to pre-tag before the live session. And what are the steps to do that? I'm not sure where to go.
Hello, is it $27 per digital stamp if a client has several documents like a loan package?

Yes that is part of the open call program.

We can't legally advise. Alternatively you can put an x strikethrough.
