You'll watch an entire Netflix show even when the first episodes are slow and boring just because someone told you "it gets better." *But what if you looked at your goals like that and watched your life get better instead?*

Was just thinking about this the other day, I’m 20 and the idea of ignoring women (not actively pursuing them) makes me feel like I’d be missing out on apart of my life but then again I know there will always be women so I shouldn’t worry. Thanks for being the big brother I never had

Well in my experience if you avoid women for years when you eventually do want to interact or date one, it’s much harder than normal. While everyone else is hooking up and meeting new people you sort of get “left behind” in terms of social experiences. Just my advice don’t avoid women completely it can bring it’s own set of problems.

I'm 28 atm. Believe me brother. Once you start approaching your 30, that's when women really start to pay attention. But for that you need to keep yourself fit and healthy, groom is a huge part, and focus on your own life. When you maintain all these habits for life and start nearing your 30s, then the fun begins. You literally have to do NOTHING, YES NOTHING. but, keep your intentions clean and transparent. Be kind, and genuine. Never forget that it's your life and the most important part if YOU.

@Joshua William one sexual thought can ruin an hour of your day. Once you access your sexuality it’ll get addicting. You’ll be inclined towards doing it again. It’s not about not accessing it at all. It’s about knowing when to access it. Once we’ve accomplished one purpose we’ll move onto the next one. It might be to grow your family. That’s when you start thinking about having sex.

      Its easy after a while.
I was addicted to sex i essentially had a schedule of Fuck,Jerk,Fuck,Jerk constantly for 3-4 years only breaks were when i was extremely tired ( worked construction) and when the women didn't wanna come over and wanted to go to an event.
So surely when i broke off with my ex whom emotionally ruined me was hard yo go to zero action( both due to being stuck on her and my confidence disappeared at the time) but now two years later and with essentially zero action other than a solo session once a month my libido is easily controllable.
At the same time its good cause i cant be baited into some Garbage scenario and get metood or end up with a psycho etc etc(.or even hurt an innocent ish chick as rare as they are)..albeit I also completely cut off my social life an only work, workout so its easu to not get tempted since i only need to hold my urges with hot women at work and gym haha.

In Australia , most women have to work because our houses are far too expensive . Not too many women are stay home mothers these days . They are happy to help the hubby financially . I left my career to stay home to help my husband with his tree lopping business and raise the children . Our holidays were done on the cheap . We hired houses and I did all the cooking but we did eat at a restaurant once during our holidays . We used to do a lot of bush walking and coastal walks . Some of the women I knew said that they wouldn’t holiday like me and my family . They wanted to be in a five star hotel and ate out all the time . They refused to cook while on holidays . They also took their children to all these amusement parks while I took my children to national parks where they learnt to connect with nature . Holiday on the cheap can be done and I wouldn’t have it any other way .Sometimes you have to ignore women because if they really like you , they would want to chase you . Never let them take control over you or manipulate you . Stand your ground when she tries to make you do everything for her . She needs to bring something to the table too . Some of these modern women think they are the prize but so are you a prize . It is all about helping and supporting each other .

Smart video, Kris. Good advice. Guys, you have plenty of time for women. It sounds selfish, but you need to put yourself first until you reach your bigger goals. Once you reach your big, primary goals...all that is left is small goals. Small goals are easy to accomplish if the big ones are out of the way and you are stable in your life.
When you only have small goals left, then it's time for women. It's harsh, but you need to have your primary dreams and goals completed before you take on any "liabilities".

Many men who've done that have messed up their futures because of unplanned children, child support and being involved with the mother for most of their lives. That obviously doesn't do anything that enhances someones goals.
Emotionally and psychologically as well. A man/woman isn't going to be a better partner to someone by sleeping around.

He was super passionate about the job, the youngest gym manager in the company (at 25), amazing people skills, and was being groomed for a higher management position, and I could easily have seen him managing the whole company further down the line, or having his own chain of gyms!
Then he got married, got a mortgage and had a kid, then shortly followed by another kid. Not long afterwards his wife ''persuaded'' him get a regular 9 - 5 job so he could look after the kids more. He now has a job as a recruitment consultant, he's miserable and going nowhere!
He recons he'll come back to the industry once the kids are older, but unfortunately it's probably too late for him now! Don't make the same mistake! If your a man, you can get married and have kids later, but get your shit sorted first! Thanks Kris for the powerful video, this really struck a nerve!

He’s stuck rn and just thinks he knows as much as me even though he’s never even done anything with himself and is not that knowledge at all (basically me 2 years ago/uneducated).

Great video, we as men have to be grounded and use our strenghts - logic to prevail over short term comfort. Most relationships dont last, and at the end can leave you very hurt. Learn what you can from the past and move on. Women require loads of time and money, just a few minimalistic dates for your girlfriend stack up quickly. Why are you long term with that girl, when you are still living in your parents home, or havent got good prospects, at the end if she wants to settle you cant provision without having the other life boxes in check. In my case, 1 hour of tinder every day for 4 months, instead of learning a skill is hell, listen to 1stMan, if it falls on your lap take it, otherwise its detremental and suboptimal. Delay gratificaion for a few years and have a "killer" mindset. Just having this info will save so much cash and time, relationships are for SUCCESSFUL men.

@@weirdtoknow1226 Enjoy your youth, I didn’t have my first real relationship before 22, so at that age Im not sure what much you can do with a girl. My advice to you is to focus on the gym as you get peak hormone and growth at 16-18. Its hard to have a plan at your age, just focus on getting good grades so can get a nice job or uni if thats what you want. Anything else you do is a bonus, learn a new language start reading more books on history, become more cultured. Im 24 now but Ive wasted the past 8 years thinking i was fine. So you gotta start putting in consistent work on your purpose and self improvement, if you dont wanna end up like me with 0 agency in life due to winging it. Thank god I got some sense in my head and kicked the gears up, but id be leagues ahead today if I put the work in the past. Character, discipline and dedication is carried through from the foundation that you lay. If you half ass school or the gym you will also half ass other things later. You are super young, relationships with women are serious stuff.

I’m a new watcher to 1st man for like 2 weeks now and have seen a lot of your videos. I’m 20 years old and have a passion for art specifically like making comic books with good messages in a anime like style. I’ve only recently been working out and reading books and trying things like meditation because I get distracted very easily and have negative thoughts about my life if I don’t distract myself with something. I’ve been at it for almost 3 months. It makes me miss the gym, I don’t read, and don’t practice drawing or draw at all for days and I get used to this feeling often and I hate it. And I quit my first job like 2 weeks ago which is a low entry customer service job after a year to make it easier to focus on myself while struggling to keep on the grind, but after watching your videos is it better to go back to that job? I don’t really have an issue with spending money on unnecessary things but I do get a lot of pressure from my parents about going out and socializing and getting a girlfriend because I hardly go out. Before I quit the job I was working like about 24 hours a week and it feels longer than it should. I’ve been able to reduce the amount of internet usage in my day by lot but everything still feels bad like I won’t get anywhere in life. Staying consistent feels impossible.

I thinks it's to do with biology is why most (90%) of women want kids, marriage, house and fun stuff because women need men for survival and they are the ones to have babies and feed and nurture those babies regardless of where in the world you are it's pretty much the same scenario.
While for men (90%) also want to be providers and protectors as this is built within us but the difference comes from how we are going to provide and protect. Someone living in olden times England will need a place that's warm for their family and shelters from rain. Someone in sub Saharan Africa will need access to shade and water etc. So it's vastly differes for men hence why men are programmed to protect, provide and concur in different ways.
Concuring is to get resources as in money, land, food etc.
So I believe this is why most women are the same because regardless of their location and situation their lives play or played out the same while for men the situation and location created what action to take.
If your on an Island you want to hunt for fish but if landlocked then hunt for bison while women are doing the same, cooking and caring for children and partner regardless if it's an Island or landlocked country.

I know many women in my family who got kids and a house and things like that but there are a few differences. 1, they were the breadwinners (doctors and business owners) and two, they are insane about money. They are wealthy because they built a high paying career and didn't like to spend. So women like this do exist, even if they are not common. I also know women in my family who are still young but have a high paying career and leads citywide projects. Although I believe this goes against the points in this video, I also believe it proves your numerous points about making women more masculine and men more feminine in the modern age. Granted most of these women I am talking about are generation x, it still is something I personally have experienced. I agree with your points saying all men and women should have equal opportunity, but I also believe this is an interesting variable to consider. Not saying these women are masculine because they are not, and these women are definately not average (me with a family with mostly women in it, i've noticed that about half are seeking a career and their future while the other half are not). I've also seen strong msle figures on the other side of my family. A family of haitian italian men who are building themselves up as well.

I don't agree with the playing the field mentality because all it takes is once to make a baby with someone you don't want as a wife. Not only are you stuck with her on some level for the rest of your life, there's child support and (hopefully) will still have to be a Dad, but without the help/comforts of a wife/ family. Im a female who's choosing abstinence until marriage, but understand a man (or woman's) desire to sleep around, but on some level that will take someone away from their ultimate goals. Just saying the idea of that path sounds exciting and carefree, but the reality is different.
