Can You believe this? COOKING A ROAST IN THE ROADCHEF?

We cook a Roast Dinner in the Roadchef! It was a beautiful summer hot day, solar was doing well until the clouds came over, and we had a hail storm!
This video takes you through preparing and cooking a roast in the Roadchef.

Roast did look good mate. Definitely go the lithium now days its a game changer. You probably should have used a watt meter so you could see how much the voltage will change the wattage here.
Tip: use a 15v step up converter and ur oven will perform much better with ur AGM (or lithium), as ur voltage try’s to sag the converter will keep it at a constant 14.8v roughly for the oven & will drastically decrease ur cook times with good results.

Yes have the ITECHWORLD 120X Luthium battery now works a treat. I had heard of stepping up the voltage. Definitely will look at that. Cheers mate 👍
