I got the snow foam cannon from Halfords that came with this connector in, as I have a ferrex pressure washer from Aldi. It’s insane how quick it is to wash!

Could you please tell me what you purchased for the ferrex pressure washer, that's same as what I have. Still not 100% sure what the fitting is? Your comment has given me hope , cheers for any pointers
@@geedub2019 I bought the Halfords cannon as I said, but then I found direct hoses, on the internet, and they sell stubby guns for all sorts of different washers, including the Aldi ones! So I got one of them and it fits!

I just found out this week that the Nilfisk hose end adapter allows me to fit a stubby gun to attach to my cheap as hell eurocarparts toptech pressure washer hose, and a £10 lance adapter to be able to attach those £6 nozzles to the toptech's lance itself as you've done in this vid. The difference in cleaning power with the nozzles (on the lance or a stubby gun) is night and day, I'm so impressed with it now!!
100% stubby guns are definitely somthing I wouldn't live without now. When this video was done the cheapest stubby was around 45 pound so black then this was a cheap option and it still is to anyone who doesn't want a stubby lance or just wants to spend £5 to upgrade , but definitely a stubby is the future 😁
Where did you get the Nilfisk hose end adapter from? As I have the same pressure washer and am curious to see how much difference these stubby guns make
Cheers Mate, just bought it, i have Kercher K2, decent for me... have the snow form cannon, autoglyn, but this will make a nice addition, at least i just swap over quick for the snow lance
100% I for a long time used this system only reason for the change was I run my original lance over while moving the car 🤣
I have bought 3 bosch 360 guns, all of them started leaking within a month. This quick connector is best tool to clean vehicles in narrow places. Now I would like to try a small generic pressure washer gun to bosch if possible, but not sure how to fit it to bosch pressure washer.
So new to this, any chance of a demo for you doing the swap over been on eBay and the adapter is in the basket but no idea about the old adapter give us a quick demo of the swap over please. Cheers

Does your mjjc V2 already connect to your titan ? Do you have that fitting that goes to titan to the pressure washer

@@TheHairyHouseWife yes I have the fitting that come with the snow foam lance v2 that goes into the titan and the fitting screws into the lance so not sure how I go about changing it into quick release

Love your UA-cam vids. I have a Bosch Aquatrak 140 and purchased an Autobrite stubby gun but won't connect? Any idea if there is an adapter as can't find anywhere. Any help gratefully received. 😢
So should be exactly the same as my machine fitting wise . Did you make sure to purchase it for nilfisk machine ? I know by default they may send it for karcher , so you need to make sure.to purchase for nilfisk.
My turtlewax TW135 uses the same connector. The foam cannon that comes with the washer is really good and produces thicker foam than 90% of videos that I see on UA-cam but I have to admit that it’s a pain to get the foam cannon straight as it only rotates one way.
Was it simple to shorten the connector?

Hello unfortunately I don't know what fitting that machine would be as every machine has a different fitting depending on the brand , it's a quick connect converter, would have to see what your machine takes fitting wise

Hey there. I ordered this but can't get it to fit my K4 bayonet fitting and I dare not force it. Looks exactly the same as the end of the karcher k4 fittings. Please advise

If you already have one you can buy a fitting for it , I currently use between my dodo juice one and the mjjc V2 pro lance , the dodo juice one is very well balanced with a good layer of foam and wetness , the mjjc creates a thick foam but isn't always best , Iv spoke about that in my Garage Therapy v1 snowfoam video and you can see both I'm action

From a quick glance it looks very similar to the Bosch AQT one in this video . But without having it in my hand I couldnt tell you 100% but looks very similar

Hiya mate. I have the same pressure washer as you but I couldn't find a snow foam bottle that would work with it, so had to get a Karcher adapter and a snow foam gun with a Karcher connector.
Which snow foam gun did you buy to take the fitting off and put onto this pressure washer?

THe foam is looking a little thin.
Indeed this foam is thinner then most people like , however thin foam doesn't mean bad foam , thinner foam is actually more beneficial to cleaning cars , if the foam is too thick and dry it doesn't have the same effective cleaning power as a wetter foam that's making maximum contact, wetting the dirt and allowing the chemicals to work whilst also running down the vehicle helping to start moving that dirt

Will it work on a ryobi?
As long as you get the right fitting , don't hold me to this but just a quick Google search and they seem to suggest that it's the same fitting as the Bosch aquatak range shown here but again check first but anything is possible 😁
modify a cheap pressure washing gun instead of just spending the money on a great quality gun....

Yes the original karcher one that I brought to modify to fit my bosch was for a karcher k2... I brought the exact same one for my brother in-law they make life so much easyer and alot cheaper then buying the short trigger snubby gun.
If you go to the description of the video there's a link to amazon for the karcher with the 5 spray ends too it has gone up slightly since I brought it... However if you search amazon there maybe a cheaper seller 😁

@@garethdavies7564 so it depends on your snowfoam cannon I have 2 one with a 12.9mm thread and one with a 13.8 mm thread for the snow foam cannon

So any snow foam with a 1/4 inch quick connect (most sold with a quick connect fitting) will work the threat size I was refusing to was the part that goes in to you snow foam cannon itself but I will link you 2 a couple of cannons

Well I'm glad you can , however the nozzles that this sorta system is more likely aimed at someone who wash their car more often and wish's to switch between nozzles and cannon regularly during a wash , this system of quick release is preferred for this reason across the valeting , detailing , patio cleaning ect industrys . I think you need to use this system to fully appreciate the ease of use the accuracy of the nozzles and the attachments that you can busy Easyer then looking for karcher specific ones
@@TheHairyHouseWife I wash my car every week and still only use std karcher attachments its all just extra spending for no reason at all why waist money in this day and age when prices are stupid all about saving not waisting on fads that ain't necessary in the first place !
I guess like anything els it's personal opinion and this device is actually about saving people money ..... So a quick connect gun, a good quality one is around 30-40 pounds ..... This device you can pick up for under £8 now saving money there , then it makes snowfoam cannons more available and at a cheaper prices in my experience with set fittings like karcher ,Bosch ect seem to be more in cost ..... I appreciate if your washing your car weekly it's not for everyone however if your doing more then this then it maybe handy . I don't think it's a fad as such. as after using one I was convinced, yet before I said the same as you . Now I loved mine but after my gun itself went wrong I purchased a new quick connect gun seen in my later videos and honestly after years of refusing because I thought they were a waste , I honestly wouldn't look back. Again tho not for everyone and I appreciate that , I'm not telling everyone they should buy one however if people wanted to convert their Lance's and couldn't afford to buy a quick connect guna then there are cheaper options available as shown in this video ,
Again it's all personal preference and opinions, myself like many others find it quicker , Easyer and more accurate with these style nozzles
