Any tips on how to get into the air vent system? I have one of my vents that won’t blow air anymore and I suspect that either something has come detached or blocked - I haven’t found any videos that show how to get into that
Hi There, Are you saying that one of the vents on the front of your centre console is blocked and air isnt passing through? Check to make sure the ducting is attached correctly to the console. there should be 2 ducting peices that are seperate to the console front. you can see them in mine @ 2:46 in the video. You may also want to check if your cabin filter is not blocked up as well. I will upload a video on how to check the cabin filter now!
Hi Tyler, unfortunately i dont own this subaru anymore, however, if i remember correctly, if you can get this cubby out, there should be some screws and i think a couple tabs, holding storage peice on, you should be able to see the mechanism once removed, just take care i do remember breaking something trying to remove it. Hope this helps
If yours has a clock in it like mine then yes. If you have smaller hands you might be able to reach in with the console out to unplug the clock! Hope that helps

You may also want to check if your cabin filter is not blocked up as well.
