Speaking of "bloody" chicken.... here in Canada, some 7-Eleven locations serve bone-in chicken pieces (legs and thighs). I ordered some one night and it was BLOODY. I took all kinds of photos and sent them to 7-Eleven. I got a standard boilerplate response from the store manager: "we checked our logs and our ovens were operating normally". I reached out to Health Services but it became moot: 7-Eleven quickly closed that store.
