I will take out money and source a HMO or flat. My question is. Is it necessary to open a Ltd company before you start R2R. And how much money do you loose in tax a year having a Ltd. Thanks

Does this all apply for doing R4R and mostly AirBnB rather than getting tenants in? And do you know if the rules like Article 4 re the same for Wales? Great content btw! So helpful as my friend and I are researching this at the moment.

Almost all Estate Agents asks me to register with them first and asks if I'm the one moving in the property. The moment I mentioned R2R strategy, they dismiss it straight away therefore making it difficult for me to build some sort of relationship with them. What do you say to them in order to view a property without explain the current situation

Id say keep learning and keep saving. £200 wont get you very far to be honest mate.
