Do you know if the Hilton can store your luggage if you arrive before check-in?

Yes, I think so. When we arrived, our room wasn’t ready so they could store our luggage and we were free to roam.

I would say 20 minutes including the train ride. Give yourself plenty of time especially if you have luggage. It wasn't difficult at all.
