Beautiful dance and song. I saw this kind of dance in Istambul some 40 years ago. Were only men dancing, if i well remember. Thanks to the beautiful singer for the deep voice and to the band for the elegant music and to the dancer also 🙏😙😙😙😙😙

But Sufis don’t use a scarf... and I think it really does not matter what religion one is, when the movement is done correctly the trance the spinning puts a person in is just as valid, the prayers as sincere. But Sufi’s are smart because they do this dance in a smaller space in a temple not where they could fall off a stage.
