What a deep song it's truly touching. The title speaks volumes!! Someone is always moving on the surface I would say that no matter what happens, there's always someone trying to live out there life the best way they can!! People go to war for different reasons power, money, hate, love, respect, but the greatest reason is the one that is forgotten. I admire this song a lot the song speaks to me someone is always fighting for a better future, there are two sides those who make history and those who repeat. I want to make history I want the world to finally find the peace the people been searching for. Did any of that make sense, my bad if it didn't that's just my two sense. I really liked this game I think it was awesome!!!
Its awesome to see people are still commenting and talking about Armored Core, even when we have been waiting for new content after all these years. Shame that it doesnt get the attention it deserves
I come back to this track so often. First time I loaded up the game and heard it on the main menu I was just a little kid and I had no idea the depth of this games story. The piano is fast but introspective, and the whole thing builds up to a sliver of hope. Perfect for ac4a, I'll always have fond memories of me fumbling my way through missions and trying to understand the issues of for answers dystopian world when I listen to this.
Even if our world has been forgotten- amongst the ashes roam still Ravens, Lynx, Pilots battling for the remains- we are still here. The years shall pass, and our numbers shall fall but there will always be new blood to pick up the torch and carry on- as is our duty to remember why we fought and tell of our tales. Someone- is always moving on the surface. And it shall remain so, as is our Answer- even if only Memories are left. To the End!

I first heard this song in the ACFA demo that I downloaded from the Japanese Xbox Live marketplace when I was 12 in 2009. One of the most mesmerizing pieces of music I've ever listened to. Amazing considering the composer Hoshino Kota made music by ear when he was first starting out at FromSoft.

This songs intro is a GREAT song for a ringtone. It's beautiful, somber, and one of my favorite pieces of music from this entire franchise and amongst my top songs from any game ever. Such a wistful sequence. I just wish they had caught on to newer practices other games were implementing, as it could've been totally great if it wasn't such a niche franchise. LOVE IT.
I remember playing this on my phone at a certain day in Febuary 2014, when a certain Animator passed away ... frankly, just listening to this kinda makes me tear up.
Beautiful track. Was mesmerized by it the first time I loaded up the game. I sat through the whole thing just as I'd done with the character creation song in Dark Souls.
Oh boy, this song is very nostalgic to me. Back when I used to go to school, me and my friend often played it in versus mode. Fan community of this series in my country is pretty much non-existent, there are only few groups that were active back in 2010. Guess these times were great. They were easier and more simple

Marvin Demayo was hoping for an announcement during E3. Makes me sad
Yoo
yep
2020
What a deep song it's truly touching. The title speaks volumes!! Someone is always moving on the surface I would say that no matter what happens, there's always someone trying to live out there life the best way they can!! People go to war for different reasons power, money, hate, love, respect, but the greatest reason is the one that is forgotten. I admire this song a lot the song speaks to me someone is always fighting for a better future, there are two sides those who make history and those who repeat. I want to make history I want the world to finally find the peace the people been searching for. Did any of that make sense, my bad if it didn't that's just my two sense. I really liked this game I think it was awesome!!!
actually, I think its more of a continuation of the song : God moving over the face of the waters by Moby. Just listen to it.
Really felt like you were in a mobile suit fighting an ace pilot online.
no beatdrop... no awesomeness... just the feels that this is not a happy story.
The bass line sounds like a heart beat
It is almost upon us. Our time to shine comes once more. As both Lynxes and Ravens, we rejoice, ready ourselves, and wait...
for Armored Core VI.
To this day, one of the most mesmerizing menu themes I've ever heard.
That heartbeat...
Perfect for ac4a, I'll always have fond memories of me fumbling my way through missions and trying to understand the issues of for answers dystopian world when I listen to this.
godspeed
Even if our world has been forgotten- amongst the ashes roam still Ravens, Lynx, Pilots battling for the remains- we are still here. The years shall pass, and our numbers shall fall but there will always be new blood to pick up the torch and carry on- as is our duty to remember why we fought and tell of our tales. Someone- is always moving on the surface. And it shall remain so, as is our Answer- even if only Memories are left. To the End!
You just made my entire week with this, and my birthday is tomorrow, thank you.
Your're welcome- I just stumbled upon Armored Core by accident and got completely hooked. Next thing before i knew it I was building a Model White Glint and falling in love with the soundtrack it only felt right to pay tribute to the series. I should be the one thanking you honestly for uploading the music.
Its the first month of 2022, There have been leaks on Armored core 6
Still find myself here, gonna continue to do it this year too
It's near the end of 2020, and Im still here
I first heard this song in the ACFA demo that I downloaded from the Japanese Xbox Live marketplace when I was 12 in 2009.
One of the most mesmerizing pieces of music I've ever listened to. Amazing considering the composer Hoshino Kota made music by ear when he was first starting out at FromSoft.
Time to go home Ravens.
Man the moment the music started playing I teared up, childhood days.
Agreed, this one hurts for sure. It's beautiful.
Same
It's been years since I've played this game. Still gives me chills. Love it.
Mad lad still hearts comments ten years later... Ravens forever.
FOREVER.
@@GhostSevenFour Damn Right!
It seems ravens are still needed after all, get ready for some new contracts ladies and gentlemen, business will be booming soon.
This is probably the single most beautiful peice of music I have ever heard
ARMORED CORE 6 IS REAL!
It's the middle of 2021, still a masterpiece.

Same, if only Xbox one could play it like some other games man...
never knew there was a bassline in this until now haha, used to listen to this on the main menu screen on my moms crt tv from the 80s
621.... You found a friend
I miss this so much. Reminds me of cold winter nights and playing the Orca story over and over again.
Gonna do that right now.
2021 and this is the peice that fills me with hope and dread for this year.
We're back Ravens!!! Rejoice, and glory to you all in our fights to come! We will be the one's moving on the surface, see you on Rubicon....
“You flew just out of reach….Buddy.”
"There's only one person who can keep up with me!"
Saw a Video of someone fighting Rusty while using FA ost, and this song pops out while Rusty using Terminal Armor.
"This new purpose...it must be powerful
I still play the game to this day on xbox, wish i had someone to play it with, i used to fall asleep listening to this theme
I wish i had someone to play it with
Random Furry Girl go to armored core subreddit, they have a discord server set up to basically arrange the matches. Still a lot of people playing 4A on the 360.
Reminds me a lot of Goodbye to a World - gorgeous!
never fails to make me cry.
On September 26, 2021 the time 6:46 P.M. is when I fully finished this game rank SS. I still can't believe it's already over, so many hours put into it, I wasn't expecting to finish it this soon.
Amazing feeling isn't it? Happy for you my friend.
One of 3 songs I want to play if i pass away.
LOVE IT.
I like to use this one and Remember as alarms for waking up as well, and, agreed.
I remember playing this on my phone at a certain day in Febuary 2014, when a certain Animator passed away ... frankly, just listening to this kinda makes me tear up.
You refer to Monty Oum, animator if RWBY and RvB correct?
@@andrewrogers3067 Oh man...
Its near the end of 2021, still occasionally came back to this magnum opus
I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU, ARMORED CORE FOR ANSWER!!
always...and forever...
Same
Humanity? I don’t see humanity anywhere, Otsdarva.
Never played the game but heard it on the latest Vaatividya video. Caught my ear immediately. Beautiful track.
beautiful
Listen to Moby - "God moving over the face of the waters", this is the Mech version of that song!!!!
this song makes me sad. But also nostalgic. I didnt even play this game that long ago lol, i played it 2 weeks ago on an emulator. So its strange how i feel nostalgic over this
This game needs a remaster. I remember playing it and dino crisis 3 on my xbox when I was 12 years old back in 2006. Good times and miss them dearly.
Reminds me a lot of the song that plays at the end of the movie Heat. god moving over the face of the waters by Moby
