I actually had 4 Walk of Echoes weapons finished from back in the day and thought they were just useless now! Needless to say I now have Blade: Hi, Rudra's Storm, Myrkr and Camlann's Torment. I think it's important that returning players know this as it's easy to overlook as I obviously did. Going to pin this comment so that hopefully more see it. You should be able to land a double burst with another Ni spell if you cast it directly after the first. Probably dont even need any fast cast gear, and if you do itd be minimal. That could probably push your dps even further. Nice video!
I had a question about a skillchain sequence I’ve been using. Shun > hi > gravitation > kamu > fragmentation > shun > light. I haven’t finished my aeonic but I was curious if you’ve used this sc sequence and if you stack another shun while using aeonic would it still do radiance? Thanks for the dope guides, I’m still trying to finish up some of your recommendations
Yep I think that would indeed produce radiance. I often will use Ten, Kamu, Shun, Shun for my 4 step radiance and shun, ten, kamu, shun, shun for 5 step radiance.
I've trying to get back into the game and have been watching your Nin videos, great job. I saw your windower plugins and addons video and there is one addon/plugin not on there. The one you're using to get those pretty damage numbers and miss graphics on the mob. I need this lol.
You mean the damage numbers above the enemy itself? I believe those are a part of the graphics mods I have. Make sure you check out my how to make FFXI Beautiful in 2020 video on how to get those. Hope this helps!
It's called scoreboard and comes with Windower. After activated in the plugin panel you do have to make it visible in game by typing //sb visible into your chat window. Hope that helps.
Is there any good way to bring up the damage output? I just started Nin really and no Rema yet, but my WS damage seems be very similar to what your doing. Are these numbers on the WS normal? or you making sacrifices to be able to solo SC like that?
Use my AGTN videos on weapon skills to find the best dps sets for each WS and yes, in general ninja's weaponskills are weaker then DD's. This is why you must rely on Skillchain/Magic Burst damage to keep up.
You can unlock blade:hi for every katana you wear though. Nice video

I'm struggling with my Thief (I know, it's weird) and this was very helpful for a new/returning player trying to solo bats.

I don't think so, should just need to be up to Cait Sith WoTG Mission and then you can go into Walk of Echoes and get it unlocked.

Why use the Ni versions of spells instead of San? Don't the San spells deal more damage?

How are you not blinking when u swap ammo¿
It's a windower addon called Dress Up which emulates BlinkMeNot functionality. Can't stand blinking when I change gear! :)
