FFXI Sortie SCH Solo Boss A E (Ghatjot & Dhartok)

Can do Ghatjot and Dhartok in 1 Sortie run (atleast 12000 gallimaufry).
Trusts: Moogle, Star Sibyl, AAEV, Ygnas, Sakura
Sandstorm2 + Klimaform self.
Regen5 before pull. Embrava too if fighting Dhartok.
Make Gravitation, MB Stone.
Keep nuking Stone while waiting for Stratagems charges.
Ghatjot and Dhartok stops moving a lot to do attack animation, easy to kite.
As long as keep distance, the Boss's TP move won't hit.
Didn't have Metal E, so Dhartok's Poison can't be removed (Taint).
Have to Cure self every now and then from Taint damage.

Id be too scared EV extends gravitatin to darkness. Why not use fire/liquifaction/fusion? Any accidental extensions can continue to be bursted.

At the time, I thought only stone do good damage, didn't know fire also do good. So yes making fusion can be the better approach.

What would your MB set look like? Prioritize DT over some damage?
Haven’t done much odyssey myself, killed this guy twice so far melee and MB setup

Boss normal atk is weak, as long as stay away from Boss the hard hitting TP move will be out of range. Boss use stronger and stronger Taint / poison as time goes, can't drag the fight too long.

Solo but used trusts and addons 🤣. Joining a Sortie party in this online game really annoys me also. Wouldn't care if I got 100k muffins People are so bad. Maybe it's just because way to much stuff to do and static was at like 3 am.

I suppose it depends on how you define "solo". For me "solo" is 1 account doesn't matter if have pet (like BST SMN PUP) or Trusts. With Trust so widespreadly used, people will usually assume Trusts are used when available.
