Knee Friendly Lower Body Workout | NO squats NO lunges leg workout | knee friendly leg and glutes

  • Happy Saturday! Today I am taking you through a 20 minute knee-friendly lower body workout! It is a no squats no lunges leg workout making it safe for your knees. The knee friendly leg workout consists of all floor exercises so if it hurts your knees to kneel, add some extra cushion by folding up a mat to put directly under your knees.
    It is also an apartment friendly leg workout since there are no jumping exercises. This low impact leg workout will include exercises to strengthen your glutes, hamstrings, and quads without placing too much strain on your knees. I promise you'll feel the burn in this sweaty low impact workout!

    KNEE-FRIENDLY LEG WORKOUT DETAILS:
    I split this workout into 2 rounds.
    FIRST ROUND:
    - bodyweight/no equipment needed
    - 50 seconds on, 10 seconds off
    SECOND ROUND:
    - need a resistance band (I use a light band from my company, Body Rebel)

    - the same exercises as round 1
    - if you don't have a band, you can do your bodyweight again.
    - i recommend doing the exercises for a 3rd time if you don't have a band too.

    I'm 110kg now ithink I can do this😅 I only do knee friendly workouts..... exercises really help I'm doing different workouts since July and I have lost 10kg😊
