With that said, it doesn't matter if the strongest god of destruction were to take him on. If Jiren's power surpass the destroyer's energy, the destroyer wouldn't make a difference.

Problem is Fused Zamasu is someone that has an immortal and mortal fused together. Destroying the shell would result in Infinite Zamasu and that process will repeat indefinitely until you are able to break the cycle. You can only separate a potara fusion with dragon balls or super dragon balls depending on the scale of magic. So if Jiren destroys the shell of Fused Zamasu... then Infinite Zamasu will emerge and try to consume the multiverse once more.

@@GodLimone hakai only works on normal dragon wish like shenron and purunga. Super dragon power is bringing the erased universe which means super dragon is omni level not destroyer level.
After seeing merged zamasu I can't help but think of what would happen if goku was in a dangerous situation then decided to use potara to fuse with monaka
Well its obvious that merged zamasau survived Zeno's power when he supposedly killed him. He wished to be immortal from a being outside of Zeno's power. They did specifically say that what ever wish you wish for on super dragon balls comes true
Hakai was thought to be able to erase anything when beerus was using it but when Toppo used the technique it didn't seem unbeatable because Vegeta was able to overcome it. So maybe it depends on how far you mastered the technique and also Zeno's power seems to be a overpowered form of the hakai.
Well Toppo was using destructive energy but he also wasn't trying to erase Vegeta either. He would be disqualified. He wasn't using an actual Hakai that erases you since it was against the rules to kill someone.
Great video and topic! Kinda tough to say depends on how relevant the character is to the story. Strong chance the Immortal Zamasu gets destroyed soon in Dragon Ball Heroes. So it could be by Jiren.
I do not believe so. Ofcourse, Jiren is stronger physically but definitely not kill or destroy. Unpopular opinion: I believe Merged Zamasu is the most threatening/fearsome/strong opponent they have ever faced.

The dumb calling others dumb. He's actually correct. Physically, Jiren and Broly are stronger than Zamasu, but they most likely cannot destroy him, hence immortality. Only hakai can possibly do it, and that's something that will need to be addressed eventually, especially considering how popular Zamasu is, he is bound to make a comeback.
Unfortunately SDBH doesn't think too deep but i do believe Toppo going into his G.O.D form and inevitably using hakai makes the most sense, it really explains why he is still there and wasnt just used to give us a scale on Cumber.
I disagree. Hakai is overrated. Think about it. Even for beerus it would only work on opponents at least equal or weaker than he is. If it did work I won’t thjnk beerus would fear Zeno or the angels or grand priest. He can’t hakai them. And when goku asked if beerus can kill an immortal zamasu in the manga beerus clearly directly said “no I can’t kill an immortal....” They we’re clearly talking about hakai. And if beerus who is much more powerful than toppo can’t do it then toppo can’t either....toppo without hakai and zamasu without immortality I still think zamasu would win. With hakai and immortality the hakai just wouldn’t work or it would just destroy zamasu only to come back again and again.... the hakai killing immortals was debunked in the manga beerus directly saying he can’t kill immortals. I think only Zeno can do that and only because he wiped out the whole universe in order to erase a whole being. Toppo can’t
I say yes to both of the poll questions, I do believe that Hakai could kill and destroy MZ, because if I recall correctly, when Beerus in the present found out that Goku Black had been killing all of the Supreme Kai's in the future including the fact that the G.O.D's die because SK's are their Half-Link, Beerus got so pissed off with Whis and Gowasu in U10, Beerus said he could easily destroy Goku Black and Future Immortal Zamasu easily even knowing that one of them was immortal, but Beerus said he couldn't go to the future because it would be breaking the rules for a God to time travel or something like that, so yeah he was basically saying that he could have hakaied him, and yeah you are right Whis said Beerus can destroy anything he wants Alive or Dead, I guess he could even try to hakai Whis, but I think Whis would be too fast and once Whis notices this, he then taps him out unconscious, but that's also a weird theory, besides that plot hole, yes Beerus can hakai any mortal he wants even Jiren, unless Jiren somehow can avoid that and defeat Beerus before he does that, or flees the scene super fast, I mean Beerus IS the GOD OF DESTRUCTION meaning he can Hakai anything he wants, planets, towns, mortals, besides Whis of course I guess, Now for the second poll question it depends on several things, Jiren could not defeat Immortal Future Zamasu because he is 100 percent immortal, even though he wouldn't be able to do that much damage on Jiren either, I do believe that Jiren could defeat MZ because now MZ is half immortal and not full immortal since he fused with Goku Black, Revolushane( An Awesome DB UA-camr including you man!) said that the reason why MZ had gotten damage on half his body and had turned purple, he said that wa MZ's immortality diminishing through constant damage to him since he wasn't fully immortal anymore, even though it was assumed that before that when he fused, that he still was fully immortal, so it depends, if this rule applies than Jiren could easily crush MZ, well not easily, but he would eventually win, but if MZ is 100 percent immortal like it is portrayed or implied in SDBH episode 10 than the only thing Jiren can do is stall him, but I do think Beerus could hakai him, I mean even Shenron was scared of him lol which is understandable, so the theory is if SSB Vegito kept beating up on MZ than he would have eventually lost his immortality, but then this theory kind of gets destroyed when SSB Vegito launches his Final Kamehameha to him and MZ just came out of that like nothing had affected him, so it's difficult to say, it is up in the air for me, it could be either way, but maybe if Jiren could use a Hakai move or something like that just like Goku did to MZ or Goku Black in the Manga then maybe Jiren could defeat MZ, I had originally thought that the way they might be able to defeat MZ is by Toppo turning into G.O.D. Toppo and then him trying to Hakai MZ and then it's game over for MZ.
I don't think he can, immortal zamasu has to be destroyed by a being that has uncalculated power within the series. Using hakai in his body would force his energy to scatter and consume the multiverse and even the timelines eventually as seen in the anime, this displays infinite growth for zamasu if he was to become a being without a physical body, his energy would scatter and consume everything, he would literally become a living multiverse himself. I would even dare say if zeno didn't stop him right there and then, he could have reached the peak of power for mortals and gods. Perhaps scratching the line that separates the current gods from higher gods (i would assume higher gods as elder gods, basically the first gods to ever exist, the ones that created everything and everyone). Zeno wiped out the entire future timeline, he probably knew he couldn't just erase Zamasu if he was having a moment of infinite growth, meaning it, to completly eradicate zamasu from existance, he had to erase everything around him, completly. If zamasu managed to spread to other timelines, he would have been beyond the powers of zeno, since we know there is a zeno for each timeline so his power has to be limited to their timeline. We have yet to see a being that is omnipresent, perhaps zalama might be the only being in the series that has achieved said status. Also, i'm wondering, if zamasu wasn't stopped and he had consumed all timelines without getting erased, would that make him a being that as ascended to omnipresent status? I do think that the only beings that are connected to the world beyond are the angels, they are beings that have certain manipulation of space and time. This indicates that angels are beings brought down from a higher realm of power to "watch" the growth of everything, requested by "higher gods", hence the reason angels and the grand priest oversee everything and exist in all timelines and universes. I do believe the grand priest is probably the only characters that we know off right now, that has knowledge of this "world beyond". All angels, zeno, zeno guards, gods, mortals, everyone essentially, all these beings are basically pawns to a higher realm that they don't even know that exists, this is usually the plot we see in situations like this. Everyone being clueless about the supreme being that rules everything alone. Maybe the only exception to this could be the demon realm, we have little knowledge on that realm, which means anything could happen there. The best Jiren could do, would most likely be destroying the body, releasing zamasu from his physical form again, which is going to make things even harder for him. The best thing he could do is to seal zamasu way, if he managed to break away, someone would have to seal zamasu away again, repeating the process over and over again. Basically a similiar concept to that fan manga with xicor when he gets sealed in a sword, unless the seal has unlimited power to contain zamasu in it forever. Destroying his body is a bad idea, unless Jiren could erase the entire timeline himself, which i doubt he can or any other god except zeno. EDIT: Time to watch the video now!
Agreed with everything you said as long as the Z fighters or mortals don't have an ability or technique like Hakai or being able to erase an enemy they don't stand a chance against celestial or Immortal beings. At the end of the trunks Arc Goku said that if only he had a sensu bean I mean what could he possibly do at that moment, zamasu was way Beyond their capabilities he was in the future and in the present at the same time and was spreading across the entire Multiverse in the future, Zeno was literally meant for that moment it was only something he or the angels could do I say the angels as well because so far they are the only ones aside from Zeno that have shown so many abilities and they are beings above Gods of Destruction
I didn't read everything you said I just want to say that haki destroys body and soul so I doubt zamasu soul could escape anywhere and haki also destroys consciousness This part is off my peer memory so don't quote me on it but I'm pretty sure after beerus hakai the present zamasu he said something like that he was wiped out from all time lines and the only reason he survived was because of the time ring making him immune to time based destruction abilities

A god of destruction is limited to his own universe in terms of powerscaling, there is no indication they go beyond universal tier. Zeno is the "hakaishin" representative for the entire multiverse in each timeline, so his power is limited by time itself. Zamasu loosing his body, would mean he would stretch to all universes and consume them and eventually going for other timelines because he had the time ring on him, so it is as if zamasu merged with time itself and that required a quick solution to stop him, which is why we saw zeno getting involved, zamasu was already reaching the limits of the future timeline and attempting to spread into other timelines. Most people think zamasu infinite is weak, he isn't. He is the villain thus far with the greatest feats of power, and no Jiren is not a villain but even if he was, his feats are on a similar tier to infinite zamasu but not as awesome imo. The only way zamasu can be wiped is to hakai him before he looses his body. If a mortal destroys his body, he will spread out and consume everything unless zeno or someone of higher authority gets involved.

@@CHT1992 also one thing they do go beyond universal tear because their universes are technically macrocosms to multiversal level structures Living world Heaven Hell Demon realm Kaioshin realm And way more are all in one universe which they are all universe size structures at the minimum I would say beerus is easily multiversal lowballing cuz Goku and super Saiyan God is able to destroy all that stuff that I said plus more and then on top of that he ends up absorbing all that power into his base then with all of his transformations all the way up to ultra instinct that's like a millions of times stronger quite literally and in the manga he's still not up to beerus level I would say that beerus is multiversal quite easily if not you can maybe make a case for multiversal complex quite easily as well

The potara fusion might be permanent in Zamasu but destroying potara might be a key breaking it. Jiren might have a chance there and with Toppo his help him doing hakai on immortal zamasu might be a win. However if its Black alone that is something really to watch out from.
Zamasu leaked into the multiverse and it took Zeno the strongest character in existence by a long shot to not even defeat him but erase everything in existence lol this isn’t even an argument
Jiren can’t destroy an Indestructible Zamasu. Unless, Zamasu’s Indestructible body only is physical. His intentions, his wish, maybe the dragon Super Shenron read his heart and knew Zamasu wanted just a body that can take any damage kind of like Botamo. In Botamo’s case, his defense is still limited as a suppressed Champa with a regular ki blast says he can destroy Botamo and the rest of U6 team all together. Maybe Zamasu’s physical self is Indestructible but his soul is not. In the Tournament of Power, we learned of different types of Ki. Jiren & UI Goku’s Ki was Heat Based. Their Ki was very “hot”. I would have Jiren’s energy powerful enough and hot enough to destroy Zamasu completely. That would be Jiren’s Hax ability. Or Trunks uses the Mafuba on Zamasu and actually lock him away. Or is there an ability to nullify Immortality rendering Zamasu mortal again. You never know in Dragon Ball
Well we saw from the Manga that Goku could pull of the Hakai and erased half of merged Zamasu. So if Jiren can learn the technique well enough and pull all his power into it the way Goku focused all his God Ki into is fist. Though I suppose a prerequisite for using the technique overall is access to God ki. So unless Jirens 'Unleased state indicates latent God Ki, i think it's beyond Jirens ability to erase merged Zamasu. I think it's fully possible for any G.o.D to erase an immortal fighter with enough power focused into the hakai, and I think it's said to not work as a cover for the fact it's not reliable enough to get the job done so all G.o.D's are told to use the sealing technique to eliminate safely any changes any immortal soul could have to merge with the universe out of desperation to survive and thus become infinite. It's possible this has happened before and that's why zeno erase universes 13 -18 or atleast some of them I guess..
One hand no i dont think so broly is a very powerful foe that needed fusion to be defeated so its pretty hard to say who would win remember this is post goku and vegeta fighting broly and they are getting bodied

Jiren is stronger then a god of destruction he isnt even close to the level of the Angel's let alone zeno and only zeno can destroy zamasu you see hakai wouldn't work as he could still turn into infinite zamasu and Zeno had to erase the entire multiverse to kill zamasu.
I hope that somehow there is some trickery with Moro and either he wins vs everyone coming up or there is another villain lurking that is more dangerous. Right now it doesn't look like we will see it.

Suppressed jiren is stronger than suppressed zamasu. Jiren full power by logic would be the same gap of much stronger than full power zamasu And zamasu himself said strength doesn’t matter he’s immortal this is a fight where due to power gaps jiren can hurt zamasu but it’s only for that exact moment and then zamasu heals like it never happened. So it’s a stalemate. Full power would crush zamasu to a pulp like gohan did to buu But zamasu would come back just like he has before so it would make no difference
I don’t think he can actually kill Zamasu, but obviously he can beat him in a fight easily. The reason why I think this is because ssj blue Goku was beating up merged Zamasu, and Ssj rage trunks defeated Zamasu with a energy in his sword just as strong as the spirit bomb, Jiren pushed the spirit bomb away like it was nothing and Goku was pushing at kaiokenx20. So I think Jiren would win in a fight. He even beat uio Goku
Also the super dragon is something to consider making the wish with the super dragons magic I’d imagine has way more extreme and final effects it even brought back all the universes Zeno erased in the top maybe even faster than it took Zeno to destroy infinite abstract zamasu.

It’s safe to mention that frieza and goku in his base survived hiki designed to destroy them from sedra god so it’s safe to say it would do nothing to this zamasu at least that level of it.
If he had a technic strong enough to kill infinite Zamasu which is impossible then it would be multi universal scale and kill Jiren so Jiren would still lose lmao

Wasn't Jerin going to be trained as a god of destruction but didn't want to be become one so they trained Toppo instead? What if Jerin decides to take on the god of destruction form just so he could Haki zamazu, its DB Hero's which is fan fiction so anything can happen
Merged Zamasu from DBS would stand no chance against Jiren in terms of power. Since this is DBH and zamasu is different, he could have obtained a power boost that could make him a threat. I still don't think that he is stronger than Jiren, but he does have the upperhand of immortality, and i don't think Jiren has any way of beating immortality without having the knowledge to completly erase a timeline with his power, it would be redicolous if he could erase a timeline, along with everyone else. Also Vegetto and Gogeta are weaker than Jiren, at the very best, both fusions could be compared to a full power Jiren before he got the enrage boost from the ToP. Jiren was at the peek of power for mortals, he was seeking something beyond, to get even stronger. So it makes sense that Gogeta and Vegetto are also limited by these same rules. And the only way forward is finding a new power that pushes you beyond the realm of gods and mortals. Goku and Jiren did this and Jiren is currently the only mortal capable of doing it at will, since Goku needs UI to break the scale again.
He is my wild theory that is very possible I feel jiren will get destroyer training by top or any god and he will then have similar powers to top or a god of destruction and he could just wipe zamasu out of existence using hakai
if u watched dbh you would see 2 times jiren destroyed zamasu and on both he was base form and not trying, at the first time he punched his belly and zamasu got hit hard, at the second time he punched him in the head so hard he got pushed away by a few meters, if he wouldn't be immortal jiren would definitely destroy him

Lets see it this way. Who gave indestructibility to merged zamasu. Super shenron. Who is the creator of Super shenron and Super dballs. Dragon king zalama. So what i think is that someone should have to be stronger than zalama in order to destroy zamasu. Although zeno and hakai could be considered special cases.. And I doubt that jiren should pull of something like that. . Although its All happening in SDBH so we can expect anything. But lets see......
I doubt it. Even if the Hakai attacks in the tournament were not full power it still proves that Hakai energy is just that, energy. If Vageta can overcome it, then it can be overcome by Zalamas Dragon. Which could be argued (I believe you did) is stronger then Zeno. Although you could then argue, why can Zeno destroy him. That said, I believe a destroyer cannot kill him and I obviously accept that Zeno can, but I do think it's logical for Zeno to be able to destroy him cuz... reasons.
I mean it could go either way a case could be made on each side. Example is in Vegeta vs Toppo we saw Vegeta cancel out destruction energy but Toppo never tried to actually Hakai him because that was against the rules. Which is why I mentioned the tournament rules as a factor in the video. If Toppo erased Vegeta he would of been disqualified so Toppo never intentionally tried. We don't know if Vegeta, Goku, Jiren ect could actually stop a Legit Hakai from a God. The other side is and I do believe this is true in all Anime that abilities and powers only work "IF" you are stronger than who you are using them on. Meaning you could cancel out an ability if your power exceeds them. So a case can be made both ways but would be up to the writers as we haven't had this come up. They might still have Hakai as unblockable to keep Beerus above Goku and Vegeta latter on. To keep Gods separate from the mortals.
If you consider Toppo to be a real GoD then we could argue that GoDs can only Hakai beings weaker than them. We still don't know if Toppo didn't erase Vegeta because of tournament rules or because he wasn't strong enough.
Nah because Merged Zamasu survived when Zeno supposedly erased him but that was in the DBH series which I think is non canon but we never know because Zamasu might still come back. I don't think Jiren can destroy him still though because even Vegito Blue was nowhere near to killing him and he can transform into that Infinite Zamasu

Well I agree Jiren isn't even using anywhere close to his real power. Picking out the % doesn't mean anything he could be using 5% or 10% all that matters is it's a small fraction of what he can do.

My theory and logical thinking says that destroyer can only destroy who is immortal from shenron and purunga. Problem is Fused Zamasu is someone that has an immortal and mortal fused together. Destroying the shell would result in Infinite Zamasu and that process will repeat indefinitely until you are able to break the cycle. You can only separate a potara fusion with dragon balls or super dragon balls depending on the scale of magic.
So if Jiren destroys the shell of Fused Zamasu... then Infinite Zamasu will emerge and try to consume the multiverse once more.

Hakai was thought to be able to erase anything when beerus was using it but when Toppo used the technique it didn't seem unbeatable because Vegeta was able to overcome it. So maybe it depends on how far you mastered the technique and also Zeno's power seems to be a overpowered form of the hakai.

I don't think he can, immortal zamasu has to be destroyed by a being that has uncalculated power within the series. Using hakai in his body would force his energy to scatter and consume the multiverse and even the timelines eventually as seen in the anime, this displays infinite growth for zamasu if he was to become a being without a physical body, his energy would scatter and consume everything, he would literally become a living multiverse himself. I would even dare say if zeno didn't stop him right there and then, he could have reached the peak of power for mortals and gods. Perhaps scratching the line that separates the current gods from higher gods (i would assume higher gods as elder gods, basically the first gods to ever exist, the ones that created everything and everyone).
Zeno wiped out the entire future timeline, he probably knew he couldn't just erase Zamasu if he was having a moment of infinite growth, meaning it, to completly eradicate zamasu from existance, he had to erase everything around him, completly. If zamasu managed to spread to other timelines, he would have been beyond the powers of zeno, since we know there is a zeno for each timeline so his power has to be limited to their timeline. We have yet to see a being that is omnipresent, perhaps zalama might be the only being in the series that has achieved said status. Also, i'm wondering, if zamasu wasn't stopped and he had consumed all timelines without getting erased, would that make him a being that as ascended to omnipresent status?
I do think that the only beings that are connected to the world beyond are the angels, they are beings that have certain manipulation of space and time. This indicates that angels are beings brought down from a higher realm of power to "watch" the growth of everything, requested by "higher gods", hence the reason angels and the grand priest oversee everything and exist in all timelines and universes. I do believe the grand priest is probably the only characters that we know off right now, that has knowledge of this "world beyond". All angels, zeno, zeno guards, gods, mortals, everyone essentially, all these beings are basically pawns to a higher realm that they don't even know that exists, this is usually the plot we see in situations like this. Everyone being clueless about the supreme being that rules everything alone. Maybe the only exception to this could be the demon realm, we have little knowledge on that realm, which means anything could happen there.
The best Jiren could do, would most likely be destroying the body, releasing zamasu from his physical form again, which is going to make things even harder for him. The best thing he could do is to seal zamasu way, if he managed to break away, someone would have to seal zamasu away again, repeating the process over and over again. Basically a similiar concept to that fan manga with xicor when he gets sealed in a sword, unless the seal has unlimited power to contain zamasu in it forever. Destroying his body is a bad idea, unless Jiren could erase the entire timeline himself, which i doubt he can or any other god except zeno.

At the end of the trunks Arc Goku said that if only he had a sensu bean I mean what could he possibly do at that moment, zamasu was way Beyond their capabilities he was in the future and in the present at the same time and was spreading across the entire Multiverse in the future, Zeno was literally meant for that moment it was only something he or the angels could do I say the angels as well because so far they are the only ones aside from Zeno that have shown so many abilities and they are beings above Gods of Destruction

A god of destruction is limited to his own universe in terms of powerscaling, there is no indication they go beyond universal tier. Zeno is the "hakaishin" representative for the entire multiverse in each timeline, so his power is limited by time itself.
Zamasu loosing his body, would mean he would stretch to all universes and consume them and eventually going for other timelines because he had the time ring on him, so it is as if zamasu merged with time itself and that required a quick solution to stop him, which is why we saw zeno getting involved, zamasu was already reaching the limits of the future timeline and attempting to spread into other timelines.
Most people think zamasu infinite is weak, he isn't. He is the villain thus far with the greatest feats of power, and no Jiren is not a villain but even if he was, his feats are on a similar tier to infinite zamasu but not as awesome imo.
The only way zamasu can be wiped is to hakai him before he looses his body. If a mortal destroys his body, he will spread out and consume everything unless zeno or someone of higher authority gets involved.

The potara fusion might be permanent in Zamasu but destroying potara might be a key breaking it. Jiren might have a chance there and with Toppo his help him doing hakai on immortal zamasu might be a win. However if its Black alone that is something really to watch out from.

Jiren can’t destroy an Indestructible Zamasu. Unless, Zamasu’s Indestructible body only is physical. His intentions, his wish, maybe the dragon Super Shenron read his heart and knew Zamasu wanted just a body that can take any damage kind of like Botamo. In Botamo’s case, his defense is still limited as a suppressed Champa with a regular ki blast says he can destroy Botamo and the rest of U6 team all together.

Well we saw from the Manga that Goku could pull of the Hakai and erased half of merged Zamasu. So if Jiren can learn the technique well enough and pull all his power into it the way Goku focused all his God Ki into is fist. Though I suppose a prerequisite for using the technique overall is access to God ki. So unless Jirens 'Unleased state indicates latent God Ki, i think it's beyond Jirens ability to erase merged Zamasu.
I think it's fully possible for any G.o.D to erase an immortal fighter with enough power focused into the hakai, and I think it's said to not work as a cover for the fact it's not reliable enough to get the job done so all G.o.D's are told to use the sealing technique to eliminate safely any changes any immortal soul could have to merge with the universe out of desperation to survive and thus become infinite.
It's possible this has happened before and that's why zeno erase universes 13 -18 or atleast some of them I guess..

The reason why I think this is because ssj blue Goku was beating up merged Zamasu, and Ssj rage trunks defeated Zamasu with a energy in his sword just as strong as the spirit bomb, Jiren pushed the spirit bomb away like it was nothing and Goku was pushing at kaiokenx20. Merged Zamasu from DBS would stand no chance against Jiren in terms of power. Since this is DBH and zamasu is different, he could have obtained a power boost that could make him a threat. I still don't think that he is stronger than Jiren, but he does have the upperhand of immortality, and i don't think Jiren has any way of beating immortality without having the knowledge to completly erase a timeline with his power, it would be redicolous if he could erase a timeline, along with everyone else.
Also Vegetto and Gogeta are weaker than Jiren, at the very best, both fusions could be compared to a full power Jiren before he got the enrage boost from the ToP. Jiren was at the peek of power for mortals, he was seeking something beyond, to get even stronger. So it makes sense that Gogeta and Vegetto are also limited by these same rules. And the only way forward is finding a new power that pushes you beyond the realm of gods and mortals. Goku and Jiren did this and Jiren is currently the only mortal capable of doing it at will, since Goku needs UI to break the scale again.

I doubt it. Even if the Hakai attacks in the tournament were not full power it still proves that Hakai energy is just that, energy. If Vageta can overcome it, then it can be overcome by Zalamas Dragon. Which could be argued (I believe you did) is stronger then Zeno. Although you could then argue, why can Zeno destroy him. That said, I believe a destroyer cannot kill him and I obviously accept that Zeno can, but I do think it's logical for Zeno to be able to destroy him cuz... reasons.

The other side is and I do believe this is true in all Anime that abilities and powers only work "IF" you are stronger than who you are using them on. Meaning you could cancel out an ability if your power exceeds them. So a case can be made both ways but would be up to the writers as we haven't had this come up. They might still have Hakai as unblockable to keep Beerus above Goku and Vegeta latter on. To keep Gods separate from the mortals.
If you consider Toppo to be a real GoD then we could argue that GoDs can only Hakai beings weaker than them.
