It helps to watch the brushing demonstration. Because I often wondered how long I should brush each area. I'm older and have had my share of tooth problems. So preventive care is the key.

Is it ok to use mouthwash in a waterpic?
I heard mouthwash may also affect those with heart conditions. Maybe u can elaborate that more in the future?

I heard that mouthwash also kills the good bacteria. Is this true?
I've been told it can. But the benefit of killing bad bacteria like the kind that promotes gum disease and tooth decay, far outweighs the risk of offsetting the level of good bacteria in your mouth. At least that's what my Denist told me.
