LUCIANO MARZIALI I was born in Bergamo in 1976. After completing his studies at the Civico Istituto Musicale Pareggiato Gaetano Donizetti in Bergamo, he moved to Germany in 1997, firstly to Darmstadt and then to Cologne, where he deepened his knowledge while specialising at the Akademie für Tonkunst and Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln respectively.
Various awards and acknowledgments convinced him to transform his hobby into a profession with the goal of spreading the popularity of classical guitar and its repertoire. He still lives in Cologne, where alongside his live performances, he teaches his skills and knowledge at the city’s civic school, Rheinische Musikschule Köln.

Classical guitars are our passion! We are specialized in the highest quality concert guitars as well as historic guitars from around the world. Our passion for these unique instruments and the joy to give guitarists, passionate players, and collectors the possibility to purchase their own appropriate instrument is the motivation that drives us. Another focus is to work closely with established and young, largely unknown luthiers. Together we want to develop new ideas and share experiences with our customers. We also recorded pieces for many great composers such as Johann Sebastian Bach, Astor Piazzolla and Isaac Albeniz (Asturias). You will also find almost all the classical music composers that wrote for the classical guitar. Make sure to discover Agustin Barrios Mangoré, Manuel Maria Ponce, Heitor Villa-Lobos and many more if you don't know their compositions already You can find our showroom in 76137 Karlsruhe, Roonstr. 31, Germany

Nothing like good old Bach first thing in the morning.
Bach is good for any time of day .
Goft ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

@@spmoran4703 Indeed!
Amazing
THAT'S. A. 7-STRING!!! And at 2:49 he added a theme from Elvis Presleys "Falling in Love with you" that doesn't seem to be in the original piece! :D
I truely am falling love with this video. I love Jesus, and Bach was 100% inspired by the Holy Ghost, I'd sign that with my name. Beautiful rendition by signore Marziali!
I also love Jesus and Bach .
@@spmoran4703 We would do well on a date!
Bach na lekko rozstrojonej, siedmiostrunnej gitarze rosyjskiej okraszony nutą z Presleja w dzień ceremonii inauguracji prezydenta - może jest zbiegiem okoliczności a może i nie.
Muito lindo!
Complimenti! Bravissimo 🎵🎸
Absolute brilliance . Jesus , joy of mans desiring . Amen to that . Thank you Luciano
Beautiful work - congratulations Luciano.
Bravo Luciano, sehr schönes Arrangement und großartig gespielt.
I enjoyed that.
brillante Einspielung, herzlichen Dank
Lovely timing and dynamics, flawless voicing.
Unusual to see a flamenco capo used on this channel.
Is the guitarist also a flamenco player? That would also explain the power of melody dynamics.
The use of a traditional wooden capo doesn't imply anything at all. When well-crafted, the Spanish 'cejilla' is perfectly functional. If one of those metal monstrosities is accidentally dropped on the guitar (it can happen easily) a dent will record the event. No one ever damaged a guitar with a light wooden cejilla. ¡Viva la cejilla!
Who is the luthier? Pls state luthiers 🙏
The credits appear at the end of the video. “Luigi Marziali 2013, improved by Umberto Raccis 2016”
@@DuraLexSedLex01 thank you. Use to be in the description
@@steveb9325 It is slightly surprising that Siccas Guitars, whose business is seling instruments, does not systematically highlight this information.
@DuraLexSedLex01 don't understand that as well. Love Siccas guitars but they're not doing that anymore.
Hermoso! Lleno del espíritu que esa música hace sonar, que es lo más importante en la vida. ¡Felicidades!
why does it sound slightly out of tune?
i'm not knocking siccasguitars i'm just genuinely curious if there's a reason behind it, or if my ears themselves, are out of tune ;)
@@tippidinkI think it may be your ears.
I can hear it as well
@@thomassaldivar9879 it's very subtle! the piece is still 100% listenable & it's a fantastic performance. that's why I was wondering if there was a reason behind it that I may not be aware of.
Yes
But in all my life
All guitars are slightly out of tune
To a small degree
tempered tuning is a thing
All versions of BWV 147 are quite difficult
And should be considered as well
In this aspect
As always
Siccas does some of the very best recordings online
Much respect
👌
Wonderful rendition, amazing splitting of your hand to play the fugal notes.
That's some great playing/ voicing.
Sublime ! Message from God.
L'avoine
My wishes to the guy who tuned this guitar, at least try the tuner..
90% of Bach’s pieces should be called “Going Through the Motions with Soulless Arpeggios.”
