Hi Chris, Yes I have also run a PMax campaign instead of a display. But in this case I had a really good remarketing list. The only thing you need to keep in mind is that the PMax campaign will also display ads in the shopping feed.
Hello, I have a question and it would be lovely if you can answer me. My google ads doesn't contain all options you are showing on the video " I have no extensions for example", Is that normal or am I missing something? Thank you in advance.
Thank you for this Aaron. I’m onboarding this new client with an nice e-commerce store (health/medical industry) and they have stretched budgets and low low demand for their products as they are very niche. In this case, would you recommend to start with search or shopping? Thanks
I would say search shopping becomes too expensive and Low probably of or consistent profit because your bidding on exact broad keywords that your shopping campgain is selecting for you using keyword themes using search can give your extreme filters where your ad only pops up using buying intent keywords if you put enough money you can get a bigger impression share without losing the top spot on page so under those shopping ads you will directly target buying intent people and be on top of the page shopping ads are way to risky of a bet
Hello there are some niche’s (for example legal services) where CPC will always be high. To help you can: - try and find some longer search terms that don’t have as much competition - look to break any keywords with a really high CPC into a seperate campaign so you can then control budgets at a campaign level. This allows you to focus more budget on some lower volume keywords without the high volume high CPC keywords taking all of the campaign budget

Thanks Aaron, this is really useful. Would you run this strategy alongside PMax?

Do you recommend using google shopping campaign for an e commerce store that had one unit of each product?
