That's the most relaxed (boring) ride I've seen for sometime, and the goofy foot-down turn was odd. Put some rake on that front fork to get a leaning wheel.
Those two round piece of metal that you had cut and then you added another piece that has sharp points with a chain goes on to the other round piece was not cut perfectly circle when you were spinning it you can tell not sure if you saw it
Beautiful idea and job .one little advice :you should make front fork at small angle so the wheel would be at slight angle and wheel would be away from engine/rest of bike
I like your build sir I'm really impressed, but why did you weld the sprocket on the rear wheel at least you've used a sprocket holder for easy removing of the sprocket when it wears out
Oh my gosh, if I had the money and the focus to build this, I want to modify the design slightly and 3d print a shell to make this a light cycle from TRON. But that'll never happen... unless someone wants to take my idea and run wild with it :) (pls someone, DO!) Edit: shoot I got so caught up in the idea I forgot to acknowledge the work KST put into this! Sorry man, and nice job when I first saw the animated thumbnail I was impressed with how you fabricated the curve leading to the front steering assembly.
You have some good ideas but you need to tweak some things for this to last and perform properly. Those heavy tires are going to strain the centrifugal clutch and it will probably burn out prematurely. Your rear drive sprocket is not properly centered on the shaft and has some up and down wobble. It's not that big of a problem if your speeds are less than 10 or 12 mph, (15 to 20 kph). Also that makes the likelihood of the chain coming off or catching your clothing. A chain guard would be a good idea. Your front forks should be raked forward for better steering and ride. I had to quickly scan through your video because I have somewhere to go and I don't remember seeing any brakes? Hope I'm wrong and good luck with your machine.
I like your project. But please learn to weld. From what I could see, it will shake itself apart. However I wasn’t there so take this with a grain of salt. Most people wouldn’t even attempt a project like this. Good luck.
You need to put a shock absorber to both front and back wheel in order to bounce the body properly and the steering must not be fixed and above all the rear bearings must not be fixed to the housing for future change in case of distroyed parts.
I wouldn't rife it either, my concer is the frame seems to be too light, back wheel you can see it wobbles when he was spinning it with his hand let alone the placement of the front wheel, it should have been outwards more.
Looks ok, those tires are to big and heavy for that frame and engine. Some fat beach bike tires would've been fitting for this project. He's going no where fast with this one.
Ive built several motorized bicycles. Its a bitch to get fit, form and function working together. 2 of the 3 are easy. If you watch closely at 53:20 the bike appears to be unstable. Seems my frames would flex and cause control issues
Lol great job but your gearing sprocket ratio was horrible and that chain could use a tensioner also your front folks kinda bend a little under throttle.
Noh!!!! The rear tire wiggle,no suspension,no shock absorbing michanism,,,and the tire is toomuch large that cuased you of hard sterring....nice workbut its dangerous to ride...✌️👎👎👎👎
wow!! youre making the motorbike of my dreams!! friend!!, how much!! you think one with extra large wheels would cost!! after labor!! cause im lovin!! this motorbike!!! with extra large wheels it realy looks better than a harley does you do perfect!!! work!!! my friend!!!!

@@ksthacks and clean up your materials before welding with an angle grinder or a wire wheel, your welds will come out much cleaner. What a fine work you made with reinforcements on these very thin square tubes, you ended up with a light and strong frame, congrats on that. The blue one I saw at Ugly, Odd & Unique Automobiles has a steering hub, so I suppose this conventional fork failed to hold the whole structure, is that right?

Next time my friend you should put some rake in the forks like a motorcycle has. It will give a better ride and will steer better to.

Maybe try a bigger sprocket on the rear wheel, or some kind of gear reducing jackshaft.

you need to put on a bigger back sprocket it's a bit to high geared. it's slow on take of or get a bigger motor say a 10 hp. good stuff mate

The only thing that really bothers me is the time it takes to craft something. It takes way too long for me. I don't have that much patience.

Great work keep doing for your hobby.
That rear wheel is going to vibrate a lot since it isn't centered.
Cool design but it's going to fold like a cheap suit.
It's gonna break at the fork downtube....it needed slight angle on it so it goes straight and doesn't push the tire back
I'm building one , bigger tires and putting some rake in the front end .
