I used to work on mobility equipment, so a lot of those three or four wheel scooters. So with that I can say this axle was way more robust than what I've ever seen, even heavy duty 500lb+ capacity models, so NOT a mobility scooter axle. Golf cart would be my next guess but honestly it's only a guess.
@@philippeberenger257 when he turns the wheel to the right it pushes the arm of the power steering right. With the pin at the front that pushes the wheel to the right, if the pin came to the back it would push the wheel to the left.
