Am I the only LAL HL teacher who thinks "To what extent . . " is almost always a poor opening to RQs and LOIs? It seems to invite answers that do almost nothing to promote better understanding of the issue or topic. It feels like something some stuffed shirt in Cardiff thought up and started dropping into everything he could.
