I had the Cherry Audio Memory mode and their PS 20 hooked up last night for a fun "Stranger Things" horror 80's soundtrack. Love those synths. Love all the Cherry Audio stuff, especially Voltage and the PS 20. Can't wait to try the M4!
We are seeing Cherry audio more and more on Analog synths with reasonable prices. I think they will be challenging the market really soon. Very nice video.
It's such a great sounding synth that really captures the sound of that era. Thank you for continuing to watch. Keep up the great work with your channel. 👊👍
I'll be honest. I bought this before even checking out a single review of it. Walked through a bunch of presets, and played with it for hours. The price. and quality of Cherry Audio plugins is a no-brainer. If it's a synth you have an interest in... Just buy it. I remember seeing several several Jupiter 4 units when I went into a store in Montreal in I think 2000, when I was still in high school. I remember thinking that the Jupiter 4 is hideous, with all of the multicoloured buttons on the front. I then proceeded to buy a MC-202, which I grew to hate quite quickly. I should have bought one of the Jupiter 4s! It was only $100 more.
I am pretty spoiled with soft synths like : Serum, Sylenth1, Oberheim. But this synth is really awesome. Easy to tweak (which a lot of soft synths aren't) and it sounds so good! I love it :) Bought it after playing with for a few min.
Stupid and clueless comment....but this is expected online. People love to put their two cents in, even when they're completely off and don't know what they're talking about.
Next check out the Cherry Audio Memorymode (Memory Moog) synth here ua-cam.com/video/3TBQ3R88m0k/v-deo.html

This is the instrument for me. You start with a preset, tweak and the creation begins. It's a thing of beauty.,
Finally indeed! An underrated classic. Thanks!

@@AudioTechTV Thank you, my friend! Always love your videos!
I bought mine along with several other synths from Cherry this past Friday.
It's absolutely fantastic. If you know you know...
Very nice synth! I never hesitate purchasing a new synth by Cherry Audio!

Isn't this the same synthesizer Nick Rhodes used on Duran Duran's Planet Earth song?
yep. And loads more DD songs
This is possibly the best synth from Cherry Audio yet, they are really killing it this year!
Every patch has a kind of boxy sound.. Their memory mode is still their best VST imo
Is there any way we can make notes in the piano roll strum? Like there's an option in FL. Is it there in Waveform?
could you possibly dive deeper into the meaning of patch. I'm new to synths and I was having a bit of trouble when you were breaking that part down.
It’s just another word for presets.
Got it yesterday!
Right on. It's such a great synth. Have fun with it. Thank you for continuing to watch. Keep creating! 👊👍
Cool 💯😎✌️🎹💯
I sold mine in 1987 for £120
Noooooooooooooooooooo...
@@docjoesweeney i think it's worth about $ 5,000 today
why did you sell?
@@robinsss I was young I had to sell it to buy another piece of gear, I'm sure I bought a Yamaha TX81Z and a Korg 8 track midi sequencer
For the time they were great, but the variety of sounds that could be made was limited. The JP-6 and JP-8 were clearly a huge improvement.
Can you make a video on autotune or something similar in cakewalk
It sounds the same as other plugins
and no it doesn't
