We would love to sit with Roland and film with him all evening but he's an extremely busy guy! If we're lucky we might get another day with him to cover another automotive legend!
It's great to see this car again and that it's being well cared for. When this Norwood P4 was being built I basically started an unpaid part time apprenticeship (1996) at Norwood Autocraft. I was a pretty good shade tree mechanic at 25 but over several years learned the art of fabrication, car building and becoming a crew member for the inhouse racing projects. I did not work on this Norwood P4 but did observe it going together and being started for the first time. I never had the opportunity to drive it but rode in it several times as it was driven it to a couple of Dallas car shows. It was one of the most memeral vehicles I have ever rode in and I rode in and drove a lot of unique cars at Norwood's from 1996-2002. It's a very raw car and tends to ping all of your senses right off the charts! I gained a great amount of experience quickly that I could not have garnered at to many other shops. I have to give many thanks to Bob Norwood, Tom Stephens and James Patterson for their knowledge past on to me.
By far the most gripping and wonderful video I have seen in a long time. I could listen to Roland for hours. What a fantastic chap. Well done to you all, well done indeed. Captivated throughout!!
10:30 The Aston engine sounds gorgeous and typically old school thoroughbred. Then the Norwood blazes by brutally, with all the fire of Hades, but sounds just as gorgeous and purposeful.
Awesomeness, good job lads. Living the dream. If you need any volunteers :P :P met Roland at a few events, had a great chat about his 275. Lovely chap & lovely cars.
Car Obsessed I think the first time we chatted and spoke about the 275 was at CarFest North a few years ago since then it’s been random events over the years we’ve both been at with SCD. Will check out, thanks 😜
If of interest check out the video we filmed with Roland’s 275 GTB/4 ua-cam.com/video/DzM9xcGAhbE/v-deo.html
Would sit and listen to this gentleman for a whole evening easily. 👌

I really enjoyed his stories as much as the cars. Great combination..
I think the P4 is the most beautiful car built so far. Especially in Berlinetta form. I also love that the originals are ghosts...

Unbelievable opportunity to get to work with these to heros 💯💯 the noise out the P4 was insane 😍😎😎
You enjoyed that passenger ride right? 🤣🤣🤣
@@Jamesduce it was like being mugged at knife point while riding a roller coaster being burnt in the face from the rad exit hahaha
Tim Crawford Fun though??
@@Jonty99 crazy mate, not much comes close tbh!!
That was the most incredible video and cars. So inspiring.
Thanks for watching buddy 🙌🙌
Bar Gym 🙌🏼
Montana plates lol. If anyone doesn’t know that’s one of those states where you can cheaply register and insure very expensive cars.
Roland did mention his place in Montana was almost solely for that purpose :p
Jessica Morris 👍🏼😁
Chris Dooley 👀👀🏁🙌
I had a motorcycle registered there and a car in Oregon.
EPIC video
Thanks for watching!

Such an inspiration story!
Fascinating!

Enzo was wrong about the most beautiful car ever made. Surely it's the P4?
You would of thought so ?
He was talking of road car , not racing track only …
That information is not correct, 4 x P4's were built, 3 still exist today, 1 in France, Germany and USA
PP FERRRARI;No pedro!!!
A real caraholic gentleman, not like the most of the arabs
POLOMOT MAMO...
Why oh why have you spoiled the beginning with that stupid use of music drowning the P4 out!!??
Sorry John. We will be releasing a pure sound version too
Having Music on this is plain dumb
