I was 20 when this came out. I'd become a fan from The Bends as my brother and I watched MTV in the 90s. I was shocked at first listen, but listened to it hundreds of times the month after it came out. This song is still my number 1. Radiohead fans have been invited on a long journey and we have discovered more than the average music listener, more than any of us expected.

Nice to see this officially posted, if you owned the Collectors Edition of Amnesiac from 2001 this was on Disc 2 along with the best version of Spinning Plates (I hope thats coming next)
** This version is already on UA-cam, would be great to see video footage but it seems like that didn't happen only recorded audio.

I jumped in the river and what did I see?
    Black-eyed angels swam with me
A moon full of stars and astral cars
And all the figures I used to see
All my lovers were there with me
    All my past and futures
And we all went to heaven in a little row boat
There was nothing to fear and nothing to doubt
    I jumped into the river
    Black-eyed angels swam with me
A moon full of stars and astral cars
And all the figures I used to see
